Muy amable el personal, sobre todo de la cocina en el desayuno. Buenos desayunos. La habitación tenía un ruido permanente de algún equipo de aire o de hielo, fue dificil descansar.

Realmente lamentable, no limpian!
Escribo este comentarios porque los clientes deben conocer el pésimo servicio que brinda el hotel, estuvimos con mi familia hospedados en 2 habitaciones por 6 días, de todos estos días solo uno vez limpiaron solo una de las habitaciones, a pesar de haber insistido todos los días que por favor realicen la limpieza. El unico día que limpiaron perdimos toda la tarde solo para pedir que realicen su trabajo; en la recepción lamentablemente indicaban que ya habian limpiado y cuando entrabamos a las habitaciones era mentira, entre ellos mismos estan descoordinados, era un dolor de cabeza estar todos los días solicitando que limpien cuando nunca lo hicieron. Solo se limitaban a pedir disculpas y a entregar toallas y shampoo indicando que al día siguiente realizarian la limpieza, así finalmente se pasaron los 6 días sin limpiar, creo que uno paga justamente para que el ambiente donde uno llegue a descansar despues de estar todo el día fuera se encuntre limpio y ordenado, es el colmo que uno mismo tenia que hacer la cama , es decir este hotel es autoservicio. Sumado a esto los parques y los outles no estan cerca así que es un poco pesado manejar por largos tramos. Creo que por el monto pagado hay hoteles menos conocidos pero definitivamente con mejor servicio.

Fue una experiencia terrible en el hotel, la habitación cuando llegamos estaba sucia, nunca limpiaron la habitación, el servicio terrible. No lo recomiendo.

Por motivo de tener COVID tuve que alojarme solo 1 día y el hotel cobró la estadía y me comunicaron que ustedes devolverían lo cobrado hecho que hasta ahora no ocurre , trato de comunicarme por teléfono y no contestan, espero me puedan devolver lo cobrado ya que están cobrando doble

tenía una puerta que daba a la habitación del lado y se sentía todo el ruido, la ventana no tenía cortina para quitar la claridad , tenía una gotera en el techo cada vez que paraba el aire era un chorro de agua en la entrada de la habitación , la alfombra inundada

This isn’t my first stay at this property every time I travel down to Orlando I stay here. The outside property is well kept, my stay was amazing, the staff was friendly and respectful. My room was wonderful everything was well stocked and even though I didn’t stay long enough for a full service in my room I was still accommodated with fresh linens, trash change, etc. I will most definitely return

When we checked in there were no king beds at the rate I booked so they put us in an ADA king room without asking us, which was unacceptable. They quickly changed us to another king room but this made us 40 minutes late to an event that evening. They should have just put us in the room we ended up in to begin with.

While the room was clean, the showers were quite gross. Green build up on the shower head and build up on the shower walls. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The accessible room was NOT accessible. The shower didn’t have a seat(but they did bring us one, which was nice) the doors would not allow the wheelchair to pass. I hope the inspector Doesn’t come check your rooms. Also, the bathroom was too slippery for crutches. Our air conditioner didn’t work, it had a very large sound when it shut off, the compressor needs to be fixed and the super said he couldn’t do anything about it!!!?? Horrible

The hotels very close to Ucf which is convenient for parents wanting to visit. Wall paper, flooring and furnishings all appeared dated . Hot water in shower wasn’t consistently hot/warm. Hot water would turn cold for a few seconds and then back to hot all throughout the 10 minute shower. Staff was very friendly. Would probably stay again but not at the price we paid this weekend.

Nice hotel. Clean. Has a nice restaurant and bar which was one of the reasons I booked it. There’s several restaurants/bars in the area to choose from that aren’t your typical chain. We were in the area for a basketball game at the university which is very close by. My only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed because the mattress had a dip in the middle. I didn’t take away a star because a lot of people sleep on those beds and I’m picky when it comes to a mattress. Besides, one bad mattress doesn’t mean all mattresses are the same ;) If we’re in the area again, we’ll be back.
