If it had been advertised as it should have been. We wouldn’t have booked this hotel. They were in the middle of a remodel. Dust and dirt everywhere. Piles in the elevator dirt everywhere down the hallways and the stairs. The workers there just stood around doing nothing. Too lazy to get a vacuum cleaner and clean anything to make it better. The room itself was clean and comfortable. But it was also after the remodel of the room we were in.

The property was being renovated, but it appeared that management was trying to keep the mess to a minimum. The price was right when we booked online until we arrived and found out that there was a $25 fee for our small dog—I didn’t see this charge on the AmericInn site. I thought this should have been included on the site and,given the messy state of the hotel, was a rather steep fee. Breakfast was fine.

Christmas stay
Christmas trip visiting family, hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Pool was warm and hot tub was in good working condition. Will stay here again.

The staff was welcoming and the room clean and quiet. I was attending a reunion. My friend from high school checked in before me and asked that we be given adjoining rooms. It was so nice of the front desk to arrange this! When I left I realized I had left something in the room. I called and Anna assured me that it was safe and already in a box ready to be shipped to me. I provided a shipping label and received my forgotten item within just a few days. Thanks Anna!

Decent hotel with central location
Nice hotel with a central location. Clean rooms. Breakfast isn’t the best but few of those free ones are. Spa needs maintenance.

This is the last time i will ever stay at a Wyndham property! I have stayed at hotels all across our country and have never been treated as rudely as I was here. I am filing a complaint with Wyndham Corporate as well as the local BBB.

Do not come again in my property we have already report to the police that whatever you have done and lied about bunch of people who miss use the facilities and interrupt to other guest securities and destroyed the property I did not do anything wrong so I do not scared from your fake complained I have all proof against you and witnesses who checked you in as well you have already got trespassing . Thank you for not staying at my property in future

Cat Pee Smell.
First room smelled like cat pee. Opened the door to the hallway and tried to air it out without success. Got switched to another floor but when I went down to get my keys they were basically thrown at me! This hotel was rated a 8/10 but it’s really a 4/10 on a good day.

We were very disappointed that we could not stay in the room type that we chose because we have a pet. It was more expensive than the “pet” room that we were given and they were not going to be able to change the price because we reserved it online. Expedia did not have any information about the designated pet rooms in the description. These problems were caused by Expedia.

Assistant Manager was great!
Shmera (not sure spelling is accurate - she's the assistant manager) was great during our stay. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral and she was incredibly accommodating for our group. Our family even sent her flowers because she was so kind.

When I pulled up to the property, mattresses and trash were thrown outside the front door. At first, I thought that couldn't be the front door, so I drove around a bit. Nope, it was. That should have been indication enough that this wouldn't be where I wanted to stay, but I had booked the room, so I went in. Check-in was fine, and I went to my room. At first, I thought it would be okay, a bit dated, but the room was big, so I decided to stick it out. That is until I went near the bed and found a bug in the bed! That was it. I called another hotel to book a room. When I went to tell the front desk I was leaving, about six people were trying to check in. The front desk person looked at me, frustrated, and declared she couldn't help me. I said I would wait, but she continued to stare at me as if she wanted me to tell her. So I told her I couldn't stay here. She asked why in a gruff tone, and I told her, looking at all the people waiting, I don't think you want me telling you now. She continued to look at me, and I told her - a bug in my bed! She told me she couldn't do anything and to call the manager in the morning. So, I left. And in the morning, I called the manager, who didn't apologize but told me she had someone come out, and it wasn't bed bugs. Great! Glad to hear that, but I want my money back. After a 5-minute conversation of excuses, She told me they credited my account last night. I would have led with that! It was a horrible experience!

The hotel was comfortable and clean! The front desk lady was a little rude! When I rang the bell at the front desk a second time because I didn’t hear a response she actually pulled the bell away so not to be used!

Pillows were terrible. How could you provide such pathetic items for your rooms? Toilet flush mechanism was very weak - led to stoppage that I could not correct on my own.

Cat Urine + Uncomfortable = NO SLEEP!!
Check in was great - no issues as usual. Get to my room and stench of cat urine hits you in the face. It’s ridiculously disgusting. After driving in tornado like weather for 9 hours & knowing the hotel was full, I decided to tough it out as I would only be there one night & to sleep only. Opened up windows and sprayed some wrinkle release (closest I had to an air freshener) & it seemed to help for a bit. After an hour my asthma started to act up as I’m highly allergic to cats. Kept having to use my inhaler & finally fell to slept around 12:30ish. Was then woken up to loud noises from outside my door. Someone was running around slamming & beating on doors. VERY LOUDLY!! Called front desk & was advised that they didn’t know what was going on but it would be taken care of. It wasn’t. About ten minutes later it happened again. I felt very concerned for my safety. Gal at front desk finally informed me it wasn’t a guest doing do & the police were handling it. How does a non-guest enter so late when you have to have a key card. Got very little sleep, had to drive another 9 hours & my asthma is still bothering me. At checkout I was pretty much told that a room smelling like cat piss & feeling unsafe was my responsibility to deal with & to have a nice day. I’m a loyal customer and won’t stay anywhere else. I always leave my room in great condition. Virtually clean & I’m always respectful. NOT HAPPY, DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!

We have never ranted cat in that room but as you said you smells like cat we .will refund your stay but please call Expedia customer care to get refund. your card being charged from expedia if you notify right away to the front desk they could refund your stay and you don't have to been through all that .

Comfortable and inexpensive
This hotel is newer, and in my opinion definitely above average for the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. For the price, this was really a good deal! I would recommend it and we’ll probably stay again.
