Super... Nos tomamos mi esposo y yo un fin de semana de TOTAL descanso y buscabamos un hotel de adultos y tranquilo... Este es el ideal para eso ya que la mayoria de los hoteles de Palm Springs son familiares y ruidosos. Laura excelente y muy atenta... Realmente una GENIO... Gracias Laura!

Pros: Spacious rooms, good location, no competition for pool loungers Cons: broken ice machine, lack of towels around pool, construction on property early in AM. Overall good location, less good service. I think it’s because the staff and office is across the street at the sister hotel.

Everything was great! Only thing was that the ice machine was broken so we had to call over to the other hotel and someone would bring some over (which was amazing) except they would take over an hour where we had to call back. Maybe get a few bags from BevMo and put in a cooler so people could enjoy a cocktail by the pool? Otherwise our stay was great and will definitely go back.

I am so sad to say that I was very disappointed in my stay here and it was extremely overpriced. I cannot believe I paid a resort fee on top of the room costs. 1. The walls are very thin so I could hear all the conversations, in detail, going on around the pool and from within the room nearby. 2. The dealbreaker for me was the lack of curtains for the large windows facing the bed. No curtains, just old screen door vertical blinds. I had so much light pollution throughout the night and beginning as soon as first morning light. I was exhausted. Not to mention that blackout curtains would help with the noise pollution. 3. The place was not staffed with full-time, on-site service. I have no idea what resort amenities I was paying for. To check in to my room or ask any questions to an actual person, I had to go across the street to their sister property for in-person, real time assistance. I had a question about my tv not working and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, left a message, but no one called me back. Overall, I feel like I was staying in someone’s abandoned house, squatting in a spare bedroom. It was a cute and clean room but at the price I paid I was expecting an actual hotel.

It was so convenient to have two properties across the street from each other. Both were very quiet with beautiful pools and landscaping, and a great restaurant with a rooftop bar across the street.

Staff was very nice at check-in, which is across the street from the hotel. Room (#7) was one of the smallest of the rooms available, which was expected for a last-minute booking. The only issue we had was the very hard and squeaky bed. The vertical slat curtains offer limited privacy through the clear windows.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to be greated with champagne. The 3 hotels here are very cute. Check the room out when you check in and make sure it’s cleaned (the bathroom was slightly gross). Check the remotes, especially HVAC, to make sure there are good batteries in them as *all* of them were out of batteries.

Fun 50's vibe. Probably an amazing place when it's warm; the weather was cold for us. The hot tub was great, very close. Rooms all have floor to ceiling windows open to the pool, so not private unless you close the blinds completely. Our bathroom did not have a fan and was very wet and chilly after a shower.

This property is absolutely horrible! When I checked into my room I was overwhelmed by how outdated everything in the room was. The blinds were missing slats, the heat in my room (and two other rooms) wasn't functioning, the drawer in the bathroom was missing a section of it, the wood on the furniture was chipping, the closet door was broken, and the floor was in disrepair. I complained the next day and was moved to another room. The young man (Edgar) at the front desk was incredible. The young woman admitted that the hotel was aware of these problems but couldn't explain why they'd put someone in the room and charge for the stay. Despite the upgrade to another room I checked out a day early. I did write to the manager and never received a response. My advice ... STAY AWAY!!!!

Don’t stay here the only updated unit is the one they show in the pictures. Very poorly renovated. Should be called a motel. Not safe easy access to get into unit. Room has musty odor and shower drain has hair clogged in it. Nothing like the pictures.

Great location and lovely colors in room. The slat blinds were missing slats so had to use a sheet to cover window. Very little electricity outlets so had to dig to attach my computers. Bathtub drain did not close for bath. TV was going in and out. Room a bit cold and thankfully I brought blankets as hard to turn on heat and no one on site to assist.

Nice and clean. However pool lights were on all night so if you need complete darkness, this may not be the best choice.

The location is convenient and right by downtown with lots of options for dining and going out for drinks. The property itself is quiet but there is a parking lot behind the hotel and we were able to hear some drunk people walking through the area from our room. The room was clean, the mini fridge and microwave were a nice touch to make it seem more homey. There were minor things that could use updating like one of the floor panels in the restroom was messed up, the mini fridge freezer handle slides off and wasn't attached but not distracting enough to take away from enjoying our stay. The pool was heated and warm enough to swim at night as well. Overall I would stay again and my family enjoyed our time at this property.

Arrival was not great. We couldn't find where to park or the entrance. Eventually found out there is no entrance. Just parking on the street. We went to the front door. Rang the bell but no one answered. Eventually saw a note that we need to check in at a different hotel, which we didn't know where it was. We walked down and across the street with our stuff, crossing the busy road in the dark, car honking at us....found the toher hotel for check in! Grateful someone walked back over to the place with us and showed us our room. The room was fine. The staff at the other hotel that checked us in were friendly. The location is good. In the morning they have hot water for tea, but it must have been tap water. My tea was so bad I couldn't drink it. My husband liked the place better than I did.

Nice clean hotel in great location
We enjoyed our stay at The Three Fifty and would recommend it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we liked the modern clean design. Plus the location was very convenient to downtown Palm Springs. There were a few things that could be improved. One was a noise A/C unit in our room. Another was a loose toilet seat. Also, the quality of towels was not what I would expect given the price we paid. It's not a budget hotel, but the towels would tell you otherwise. But overall we had a positive impression.

This is a great location. Really walkable, very convenient and easy to get to. The pool was small but lovely. I appreciate how they had fresh fruit infused water stations by the pool and in the lobby. There was coffee, tea, and muffins available for breakfast which was also very convenient. I didn’t love the room. First, we had a queen sized bed even though I’d very specifically reserved and paid for a king. Second, the couch was pretty small and very difficult for both of us to fit on and comfortably watch tv. Third, the temperature was wildly different from one room to the next. Lastly, this type of set up is probably not for everyone and I can see it being unpleasant if there are very loud or overly quiet guests there if you’re somewhere in between those two. The rooms are quite close together and you can hear and see almost everything going on in the pool. Every staff member at the property was lovely and friendly and helpful. There were both pros and cons.

It's a 3 star hotel so I came with the proper expectations. It's much less expensive than where I usually stay, which is what I wanted. So with that in mind, it's very cute and I love my room. Obviously it's not the service of a 4 star, but it's a great alternative to a more costly option. I'd definitely recommend it.

Disappointing stay but had potential
The staff were very nice and welcoming but the hotel was a bit disappointing compared to the photos. The floor in our room had a very dodgy mark on it that hadn’t been cleaned off and the shower had hair in it that wasn’t either of ours. There were some nice touches but that really let it down. The blinds are ridiculous as they don’t shut properly so make sleeping past sunrise impossible but you also have to get changed in the bathroom or corridor because people outside can see into the room. We spoke to another couple who had the same problem. It would be an easy fix but just made the whole thing comical. The pool was sooo cloudy and had bits of hair and what looked like skin floating around in it. We spoke to the front desk about it and they were very nice and apologised and waived some of the fees saying the pool had been shocked. It wasn’t just that though as it was very dirty.

Location was great. Not very relaxing or quiet with staff in and out and very loud while trying to relax in the pool. Not sure if this is because properly is under new management but there were people in and out of the rooms all day slamming the gate and doors and talking loud while we were trying to enjoy a much needed trip without our kids. Also, never refilled the water pitcher outside. Would not recommend if you are looking for relaxing and quiet.

What a cute little hidden gem! I absolutely loved this hotel. It's unassuming but the perfect for a quiet weekend away. The staff provided incredible service, from the front desk, the restaurant and the cleaning team. Everything I needed was accounted for. The suites are cute, well appointed and perfect for a quick stay. The pool is perfect, has great options for in the sun and in the shade, along with delicious flavored ice waters daily with fresh fruit or cucumbers. A nice touch on a hot afternoon when you need a refresher. The property was quiet, not crowded, and I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

Check in was a little confusing, as the signage for the sister hotel over the road isn’t particularly good. Apart from that, everything was great. The hotel is small, but this is definitely an advantage- the pool area is relaxing and doesn’t feel crowded, the rooms feel more boutique, the breakfast is good. We also loved that it was pet friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was extremely relaxing. The pool area and rooms were very neat and kept clean. The breakfast provided in the mornings was perfect for us! Staff, was very considerate. Wonderful stay!
