Totalmente decepcionada. Propiedad descuidada y sucia en sus alrededores. Me asignaron el cuarto 203 y tenia mal olor, el tv no funcionaba y la puerta al balcon era dificil de abrir. La bañera se tapada y tardaba en bajar el agua casi 1 hora. Para colmo habían cucarachas por la cocina y cerca de las camas. Fui a la recepcion con fotos de las cucarachas y no me querian cambiar el cuarto. La única opción que me dieron fue reembolsarme el dinero y q buscara otro hotel. Eran las 11 pm. Limpiar el cuarto nunca fue una opción para ellos. Luego de 1 hora hablando con ellos y el supervisor me dieron otro cuarto, con los mismos problema pero sin cucarachas. Solo dan dos toallas por toda la estadia y no limpian los cuartos a diario ni los alrededores. Jamás volveré! Pensaba Ramada tenia unos estandares de limpieza y servicio pero ya veo q es solo en algunos hoteles. Nunca había tenido mala experiencia con esta cadena de hoteles hasta hoy.

Sucio falta mantenimiento personal agradable
El complejo esta en una muy buena ubicación sin embargo las habitaciones muy descuidadas el lavatorio del baño atorado permanentemente la pequeña cocina con cucarachas es posible que al no tener lavadero la gente lava y vota los restos de comida en el baño lavatorio es necesario remodelar el lugar es antiguo y se nota poco mantenimiento

I stayed here with my sister-in-law, my mother-in-law and our five children at one point the Deadbolt in our room got jammed and we were locked inside of our room. The lady at the front desk had no concern when my sister-in-law who was on the outside of the door, went up there to let her know what was going on and was too busy on her phone To be worried at the fact that we were locked in our room with no way out they ended up having to cut our door off to allow us to get out after about an hour and a half of Waiting Same there was a fire Directly two rooms above us We were never informed we only found out due to needing to get a new key for our room and being trampled by the hundreds of firefighters the room was never cleaned before we got there. It was just a terrible experience all in all.

Our 1st room the ceiling was black mold and falling in. We were moved to a room without mold. But it was super dirty,smelled like old stale meldue. Microwave is rusting out on the inside the carpet made your socks black, all the lamp shades were rusting out! Very old hotel NASTY. We were told it was a accident that they have us the balck moold exception to that lie i saw them rent it to 2 other people in the 5 days we were there !! Ridiculous! It should not be rented to anyone nd im not sure how whyndam rewards would ever put there name on it.

We ended up having to get a refund because everything in the room was dirty, including the towels, sheets, pillows, counter tops, and the floors. There was garbage all over the floors and had not been vacuumed in what appeared to be at least 2 weeks or more. They had falsely advertised the condition of the rooms by a long shot. Also, when we went to check in, the lobby was closed and we were sent over to the hotel next door to check in.

If you can get catfished by a hotel, then this is the one for you. The oictures online showed a clean beautiful room with two beds, an additional room with a couch and TV area. All in clean, neat order. Not at all what the room was like. From the start, the door into the room looked like someone had already tried to open it with a prybar. The beds were not in the same area, but thats ok at least there were two. All of the appliances were from the 90's, the carpet was worn, frayed and gross. The entire hotel was like this. The staff at check in was friendly and called us to check in early. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. You know its a bad hotel when you go to check out, the sign on the main door says closed till 7am (it was 8:02) and no one answered the front desk phone. Even the staff mentioned the new GM has just been letting the hotel go to waste. Sad. It is in a great spot of thebbeach strip, walking distance to restaurants, puer park and right on the beach. We will not stay at this location again.

This is a get what you pay for property. We figured we got the low price for booking during the off season, definitely not. The patio door was difficult to open, peeling paint on the walls, dirty carpets, carpet peeling back to show staples and nails, and broken tiles in the bathroom. Overall dirty, and could definitely use a deep clean.

We had no hot water throughout our stay. The room was in need of some updating as the toilet seat had an issue, and the bath faucet was detached from the wall and was dangling. Our key card did not consistently work and we had to go to the hotel next door to get a new key. The front desk was somewhat friendly but not overly eager to provide good service. We arrived a few hours before checkin and they said they would call us when the room was ready. We sat by the pool and never got a call before going back to reception and the room was ready. We walked into a room where a smoke alarm was beeping every few mins. We alerted the staff and they did remedy the issue.

I checked in after driving 700 miles and was told that the room I booked was not available.I was told that they had only 1 room left which was a hideous room where the door didn’t even lock. I was so exhausted I felt sick.. the room was disgusting so I left shortly after check in and stayed in another hotel room that another family member had. The next morning I went to get my small amount of stuff from the room and stopped at desk to complain and was told owners were in a meeting. I left my name and number with the desk girl and 5 days later never heard a word. This hotel ownership clearly could give a flying stink about customer satisfaction. DO NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP!!

Booked a room for 2days. At check-in they said they didn't have a room available due to it not being clean, along with other rooms not clean. Receptionist said she had to turn away several guest due to this issue. On top of this is was storming. As a local housekeeper this was very disappointing.
