Todo esta muy bien, las instalaciones y albercas perfecto. El personal de oficinas atienden bien, aunque pareciera que hacen un favor al atender. Los cuartos están limpios aunque algo viejas las instalaciones, yo batalle con algunos focos fundidos, la mesita del balcón muy vieja ya estaba picada y mohosa de lo viejo.

Well, my stay here was not pleasant the room needed a lot of repairs, they charged me a lot for cleaning the room, which did not get very clean and had insects in the carpet due to the dirt that was in it.

Excelente ubicación! Me encanto el acceso directo a la playa, mi habitación con balcón con vista al mar Estaba limpio La atención rápida y eficiente Lo único un poco incómodo fue la cama hacia mucho ruido no estaba confortable, lo demás todo muy bien

El hotel estaba muy lindo justo enfrente de la playa ,muy cómodo bastante amplio con todo lo necesario,la piscina increíble ,solo un pequeño detalle q nuestro condominio estaba un poquito retirado de la piscina , pero fuera de ahí todo fue muy agradable,

las villas esta lejos de la playa tienes que cruzar una calle para llegar ala orilla de la playa y no te dan limpiesa diaria , y te cobran como una avitacion en la playa

la estancia es buena pero rente una havitacion en la playa y me dieron una fuera del hotel ademas me cobraron ciento cuarenta para limpiar la habitacion cuando me fuera cobran hasta las sillas de la playa aparte no le dan ningun servicio a uno si no lo pagas

It would have been amazing if all of the hot tubs worked. Our hot tub worked but we didn't get to use it because it was always packed. Also on the booking information it said parking was included and its not we had to pay $130 for parking at the resort. Checkout isn't at 11am its at 9am. Theres alot of wrong information in the booking site.
