Beautiful room, good service, good breakfast, perfect for families. The place where the hotel is located is nice and with good ambient, in the center of Paris, near the Louvre and Notre Dame. We were very well and very comfortable, with wonderful matress and pillows

Hotel pequeño en Paris muy bien ubicado y en la esquina de una estación de metro y con muchos bares alrededor. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones no se ven como en las fotos están un poco vintage y el baño no tiene regadera en el techo es tipo teléfono o manual y eso es incómodo para bañarse.

Situación fantástica pero cama desastrosa
El hotel está perfectamente situado en una calle peatonal. Sin embargo, para un hotel de 4 estrellas el colchón de la cama era horrible, de muelles que se clavan en la espalda. ni el más barato de IKEA es de tan mala calidad. Son habitaciones muy pequeñas a las que vas únicamente a dormir y descansar. Que menos que tener un colchón decente!! Son 4 estrellas no merecidas!

Excelente ubicación cerca de muchos puntos de interés para ir a pie y parada de metro al lado. La habitación y lavabo muy pequeño, el primer día no pasaron a limpiar la habitación.

Me encantó que está en pleno centro de Paris, las chicas del comedor del desayuno excelentes, muy majas y muy agradables, muy serviciales y profesionales. No me gusto en absoluto que el ascensor es minúsculo, no cabía apenas la silla de la niña, y es un problema cuando estás en la suite del ático 😬😬!! Sinceramente, a nivel de ruidos es lo peor, se oye a la gente de servicio cuando sube y baja, a los demás inquilinos, trompazos en las paredes, puertas que se abren y cierran, y como no la insonorización es mala, sábado por la noche, cantidad de borrachos cantando mon amour (aunque eso es lo de menos) y es el precio de estar en el centro. No hay cortinas oscuras en la 2 habitación, y entra una claridad según amanece que no te deja descansar. Apenas he podido dormir en los 4 días de estancia...pero lo mejor de todo, es la cama y almohadas son súper cómodas, le doy un 10 por la comodidad de las camas.

el hotel esta bien en general. El personal de recepción es muy cordial y se esfuerza por atender y responder las consultas.. Habitaciones algo pequeñas. Yo me alojé en la 11 y no tenia luz externa. La ventana da a un patio interior y no hay nada de luz diurna. El desayuno bien, con muy poco mas podría estar mejor...pero cumple lo actual.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unos cuantos pasos del Metro Chatelet y a una cuadra del RER Chatelet-Les Halles lo que hace que sea muy conveniente para moverse dentro de Paris. La habitación muy cómoda y de buen tamaño (suficiente). La atención del staff muy buena. Recomendado!

交通の便がとても良い。空港から到着する駅も近く、地下鉄は更に近くて、どこに行くにも便利。周りにはレストランが沢山あり賑わっている。ルーブル等も徒歩圏内。高級ホテルではないが、スタッフは24時間対応してくれる。英語も通じて安心。エレベーターと廊下は狭いが、問題なし。宿泊した部屋にはバスタブがあり、バスローブとスリッパまで付いていて、有り難かった。次のパリ滞在にも是非使いたい。私は直前予約だったので、通常より料金がやすかったかもしれない。朝食付きで3万円をどう判断するかは様々。私は満足。

Terrible Hotel and Humiliating Customer Service
As a frequent and loyal customer of Hotels.com, I have come to expect a certain standard of excellence in my accommodations, particularly when booking through a trusted platform like yours. From the 19th to the 24th of November, I stayed at Hotel Ducs D’Anjou in Paris (Room 64). This hotel was advertised as a four-star establishment. However, my experience there starkly contradicted this classification. Key amenities that were lacking included a functional bar, a reliable internet connection crucial for business activities, and access to international TV channels. I raised these issues with the hotel's front desk manager on the 22nd of November. Despite acknowledging these shortcomings, there has been no subsequent action or response from the hotel management, even after repeated promises to address my concerns. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust I place in the accommodations booked through your platform. I honestly feel rather humiliated not only by the low level of this hotel establishment but more, by the lack of basic manners to answer my emails after three written promises that a manager will do this accordingly. I assure you that I am escalating this matter to the French tourism authorities as this hotel, by French law, should never be advertised as 4 stars. I collected sufficient evidence to back up my review and I will send it you upon request

great location with access to many places
small room for single, but was big enough and comfortable. bathroom was tight, more specifically shower room space was very tight. other than that, check-in process was quick (it was all ready when i check-in), good service and great, great, location to Metro, Louvre, Notre-Dame... i walked to them. Many restaurants around hotel as well.

Great location and clean.
The hotel staff are very nice. Check in and check out were really good and the app is very handy. Hotel location is brilliant. Not too close to all the big tourist places so you're not going to be surrounded by tourists at all times. Chatelet Metro really, really close. You can hear the metro in the hotel but we go to cities with Metro a lot and we quite like hearing the quiet rumble. Its close enough to everything though so really great location. It's quiet during the night. We faced into the courtyard rather than the street so it was quiet and peaceful. The local bars and restaurants are all really good with friendly staff. Cocktails and beers locally were brilliant too! The standard rooms are very small and decor really requiring an upgrade. Ripped wallpaper and only one chair for 2 people. Small bathrooms too but plumbing good. I have mobility difficulties so the small room was a bit of an issue for us with only about 30cm at one side of the bed and about 2cm clearance from the bathroom door. Minor though but the rooms could be better laid out. This no doubt is limited due to the unusual layout of the walls. Its also very hot in the rooms. Which is great when it was snowing and in the -ve temp figures outside. The replenishment of tea, coffee and bottles of water wasn't consistent. I guess you could ask reception for some but its a bit of a pain if you're tired after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows and towels all great quality too.
