The personal is very good at what they do. They are very kind and extremely helpful. Is neighborhood hotel. Probably there are many, but we loved this one. Has room for improvement on the decor.

Our room was absolutely adorable and the staff was so friendly. The hotel is within walking distance and many restaurants, bars, and the Metro. I will definitely stay here again.

Small but pleasant
Everything was very good except the shower very small and complicated to shower plus room very small even hard to move around or opening a suitcase. But the rest was super amazing I forgot the gentleman’s name he was super attentive and speak perfectly English he had explained everything to us about the city like where to go eat or where to visit and even the two young lady that work also very nice very friendly and attentive also. Good hotel for couple days and to go closed by the big mall and city attractions

Our ac unit did not work we reported it at least four times and they went and look they being the front desk one time. We had to sleep with the windows open to get any rest which let in all the city noise bugs and poor air quality into our room. The bed was so old it was very uncomfortable we did not get the upgrades from the vip level we were supposed to get. The hotel has one elevator which malfunctioned and eventually broke while we were there. We were on the third floor and the stairs had such a large dip in the middle of them I almost fell lugging all 4 of our bags down since the elevator was out of commission. I don’t know how Paris rates a four star hotel but I have stayed at the equivalent in a motel 6 in the United State. Very pour experience will never go back please don’t waste your.money.

Very friendly staff, easy check in (you leave your room key at the desk and pick up when you return). We had a slow drain in the bathroom sink and they fixed it while we were out even though we didn’t ask them. Excellent experience, great location. Fairly priced

We had a great stay at Hôtel Elysées Opéra. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. It is pretty small as most hotel rooms in Paris but we appreciated the modern feel and spotless cleaning. It was really a paradise after our prior bad experience in another hotel. Would stay again!

A great boutique hotel in Paris, made extra special by the staff in the hotel who were exceptional. Totally professional, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasant. Situated in a great part of Paris, central to all main tourist attractions and an amazing French (Neva) restaurant within 5 min walk

The room was very modern, tidy and neat. Fixtures were high quality. There was a complete lack of hooks which was inconvenient, we also got a room right at the edge of the entrance foyer which was least ideal. The property itself was clean and the room was very nice. The front desk staff, Franchesca and Daniel were very accommodating and friendly. I had completely forgotten about bringing a converter charger during my travels. Daniel found a few for me and when they didn't work, Franchesca tried them out to make sure it was actually the charges that were problematic. Franchesca then recommended a few places where I could purchase one. Though I checked those places, I actually purchased one at the Office Depot, located on the corner of the Hotel Elysees Opera. I also loved the breakfast package that I purchased when I booked our room through Expedia. On the morning of Sunday, April 2, 2023, the dark-haired server was so polite, welcoming, and accommodating. She even showed me how to get hot chocolate from the coffee machine. She was great! On the morning of Monday, April 3, 2023, the blonde-haired server was the absolutely opposite; rude. She acted as though we were inconveniencing her. That morning, my husband and I sat at a table with another hotel guest who welcomed us when she came out from the back kitchen; she went about telling us angrily in French, no we could not sit there. The other hotel guest had to intervene and tell her it was okay. My husband has never accused anyone of being racist, but this woman's outright discourteous demeanor was clear. She was the one blight on our experience at the Hotel Elysees Opera.
