We arrived and the female clerk was out side in a car........with someone....she was rude and no one else was here abandoned pool was green she left back to her car before we even got our luggage out the room is terrible tub filthly went to complain no one in hotel front desk anywhere we just went upstairs locked door leaving at first light..I want a refund have not slept

The carpets and tubs are all being replaced with the hotel-wide renovation that we recently started. Breakfast was great. The staff is beyond pleasant, friendly and helpful. The pool was under renovations and it was clearly posted and that was fine. The bathroom was clean but the bathtub needs improvement.

Wings and bar next door had a shooting. If we hadn’t gotten delayed in getting backtothe hotel that evening we would’ve been walking through the parking lot when the shooting was going on. Sink faucet loose only a small stream of water would come out, no shower curtain—had to ask cleaning staff for one (they were helpful). Front desk clerk kept yawning whole time we were checking in even after we commented.

The hotel is old. Our room #220 had a huge stain on the carpet and the air conditioner unit made so much noise it was hard to sleep. Also, the TV did not work someone had to come and fix it. We did not have a mirror in our room but my sister’s room did but her room did not have towels or TP. There were also paper signs on the elevator that the pool was under construction but the website did not mention this when we booked the rooms. The hotel is next to a restaurant and the outside parking lot is poorly kept.

The staff were great, breakfast was good. As far as the room, the tub and bathroom floor was extremely slick, there was not a non slip matt for the tub. Our bathtub backed up when room next door used their tub. The hotel was so noisy we didn't get much sleep at all. Bed was comfortable and the room had fridge and microwave which is always nice.

Our front desk and housekeeping staff have many non-slip mats for the tub that we are unable to keep stocked in the rooms prior to arrival due to a high loss rate. Hotel is worn down. The bathtub and shower need to be renovated. The sink and mirror too high for my 7 year old to use. Microwave and fridge was good. Closet seemed iffy since the door automatically swung closed when opened and hidden behind the mirror of a door. I didn't want to forget anything inside it since it seems like it's just a mirror. The beds could use mattress upgrades to a pillow top. The carpets were grungy. The walls had touch up paint spots that were either a different color or the finish was wrong. We asked a couple weeks ahead to stay on the same floor as a teammate and they couldn't accommodate. Pool was cold, spa was broken and cold. We didn't try the breakfast. The staff was very helpful when we needed towels and a luggage valet.

Pleasant staff, but the room missed the mark.
Staff was very nice and pleasant. The room only had two towels, carpet was very stained and beds were not very comfortable. The sink didn’t have much pressure, and the shower drained slowly, the drain looked like it was full of gunk. YUCK! Also the ice makers weren’t working on two floors, then the other floors ran out of ice! The hot tub was also more of a cool tub. Warmer than the pool, but not by much.

I have no idea how this place as a 8 star rating. It was disgusting. As you can see from my pictures. I would never stay here again. The outside appearance and lobby was so nice. We had three rooms and they all were like this. The bathroom shower was dirty and outdated. The baseboards were dirty and haven’t been cleaned in a while. The carpet was atrocious! We couldn’t even take our shoes off. The sheets were clean, thank goodness or we wouldn’t have been able to sleep there. This should be a one star hotel for $50 a night.

The hotel was kind of old. The carpet on our floor was dirty & had a lot of stains on it. The room we got was a non-smoking room but it smelt like cigarettes when we got there & the fire detector was covered with a plastic bag. We notified the front desk & they fixed it but seems like they don't do a very good job at cleaning. We even noticed some used plastic plates behind the small sofa chair in the room.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. That said, the room itself needed som tlc. The bathroom shower curtain was heavily stained and in general it felt pretty beat up. The room lights were dim and kind of depressing. A kind staff goes a long way but the facilities were a bit of bummer.

The hot tub jets were not working but the temperature was good. The pool was a weird green color and very cold. The breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our property, Rebecca. Our hot tub is a whirlpool style, but it still has the placements for the jets from before it was changed. We have our pool company out multiple times weekly to fix the pool issue. I hope we will get to see you again soon after the problem is resolved.
