Our group of 8 stayed at the Cactus Cool Down for my daughter's college graduation. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made great use of the backyard area, particularly the pool, putting green, pickleball/basketball court, and outdoor TV. All of the beds/pillows were also extremely comfortable, and everyone slept well during our stay. It was also super convenient to be located near Kierland Commons, which offers great shopping and restaurants. The house really had everything we needed and more.A few things we would've liked to have seen during our stay were wine glasses (there were none that we could find), a pool skimmer to clean out debris in the morning, some darker window shades in the west master bedroom (bright sunlight at 5:30am), additional instructions on some features of the house (like the cold plunge, sauna, air conditioning, kitchen faucet, etc), and better cleaning upon arrival (the floors and windows were pretty dirty). Some TV remotes were also missing batteries, but we were able to switch them around, so it wasn't a huge deal. Despite all of these things, our group had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in the area. Great location, fun backyard area, and lots of upgraded features. I would highly recommend!

Lots of open space inside to hang out and same with the outside. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, overall clean house with a good location. The pictures match the experience and I’d stay there again.

High end stay. Everything we needed was included and the place was fantastic. The golf got in the way of us truly taking advantage of the space. We will stay here again.

Owner was very easy to work with! Communicated very well. Check in process very easy. Layout was perfect. A lot of upgrades. Only small thing needs upgraded are the floors on the east said of the house make a noise when you walk. Also that first bathroom on the east side hot water only worked for about 2 min & then it went cold. No other issues with any of the other showers though.Great stay!

My true rating would be 4.5 stars, just for the record.This house is spacious. From the moment you step into the house, you're greeted by a large dining table attached to the kitchen island. Probably can easily seat 10 people on just 3 sides alone. Our 2 families (8 people in total) sat down for one meal and passing stuff over to each other required some effort. The rest of the kitchen was nicely decked out... modern furnishing (Thermador nearly everything). Not a fan of the convection stove top as it required some getting used to (gas ranges more my speed). Also, one annoyance was the kitchen faucet - we weren't told that it was a touch faucet, so after many rounds of trying to turn it on conventionally, we reached out to the management folks and then eventually got word that all we had to do was touch it. Also, during our stay, it required the battery to be replaced so for nearly a day, we couldn't wash/rinse stuff in the kitchen sink. Plenty of kitchen/plate/glass/stem ware...tons of shelves. Another thing that would have been nice is the # of switches throughout the house could be labelled, just to help cut down on the insanity of trying to turn a light/fan on/off. Last gripe is that the pool is not heated..I get it. In the dead of Scottsdale summer when it's 115 degrees outside, I'm sure the pool water is automatically warm, but for winter guests, it's like a ice plunge bath (which they did have). Overall, very comfortable stay.

Our stay was great! The backyard is AWESOME! Large pool, basketball court and pickleball court kept the kids busy and outside all weekend! They put their cell phones away, can you believe it?!? It’s a short drive to Scottsdale quarter. Neighborhood is a little older but nice. My kids said we need to come back for staycations over the summer. The property manager was great. They even dropped off golf clubs for us to use during our stay.
