The property is beautiful. But the rooms where a little dated for the price. I have stayed at othwr hyatt properties for half w price with more updates rooms. However the lobby and courtyard are stunning

They play live music every night until 10-11, which is great unless you are in one of the first rooms off the stairs, it sounds like the concert is inside your room. In the mornings, the cleaning ladys are so loud, while I appreciate a made up bed everyday, they do not need to yell across the hall to each other, especially when you have a toddler who you are hoping stays asleep. Dont put your towels on a chair in the am unless you want them removed. Their rule is 1 hour, but twice they removed our towels. Worst of all, I came home with a horrible rash

I want to thank you for choosing Hyatt; however I also want to express my sincerest apologies that your stay was less than perfect. Per your comments about the noise from the live music and from the Housekeeping team, I would like to apologize for your experience. Please do know that all of your comments are taken very seriously as we use them as training tools to better our staff as well as the service we provide. For towels in the room, our policy is to exchange any towel that is not hung up in the bathroom. Regarding the sheets and towels that the resort, they are all clean as hypoallergic and chemical free, so the reaction may have been from a different source. I feel terrible that your stay didn't go as planned but I truly hope you were able to find some time to relax and enjoy Scottsdale. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope we have the opportunity to better service you on your next visit. .

I was very disappointed with the hotel. It was in a run down condition. There seems to be construction going on in the pool area. The fountains were totally turned off. The carpets looked dirty and old, so were the showers. Too expensive for the condition it’s in.

Overall it was a great stay, but the property was under construction.l. Staff were conscientious about letting us know and working around it, but some facilities were not available. The only time we ate at the hotel, service was very slow, as a large wedding seemed to have staff overwhelmed. Great property,great location.

The hotel was undergoing major reconstruction. And while we were generally warned of this the management at the hotel did not clearly communicate what this entailed. We received less than 24 hours notice that all water would be unavailable for an extended period of time and no forewarning that we would be trapped and unable to leave for 1/2 hour for helicopters to drop off equipment. We almost missed our flight

The hotel is under major reconstruction. No restaurants, no pools, couldn’t get door keys when checked in. When mentioned they said Oh you booked with Expedia but if you would have booked online w Hyatt it was a note about the very limited access there. Expedia did r say Nothing about it and instead showed all the wonderful features at the hotel even though you knew it wasn’t available. Bad on Expedia not informing us. Cheap of you.

I wish the property had stated on their direct website that they had renovations going on. I booked the hotel with the intention of using the pool and spa amenities only to find out those were closed. Truly disappointed.

I was not told that pool and restaurants would be closed during our stay for renovation. It was very disappointing that we were not informed before or after checking in. One morning going for coffee shop was closed and pool was closed. Very bad communication.

Just an OK experience, some amenities were nice, First Night Staff/waitress awful really set a bad tone for the night. Some Water features at Resort not working, Food / restaurants were good but the wait time and attention at breakfast was again mediocre to poor. Wouldn't book again as there are way too many options in scottsdale.

The room and location was great, but we had issues with the amenities on property. We had a bad experience as the concierge, as he lied to us and told us all three restaurants were open, when only one restaurant was in fact open. The spa was booked up completely 3.5 weeks before our reservation. We tried to use the spa facilities including the gym and were denied as hotel guests since apparently they had given away all their day passes.

Well since this is Mother’s Day weekend and we arrived at 5pm, not knowing service is done at 6pm and no lights in pool, kids running up slide, room smells Like weed, very unpleasant experience in Scottsdale

One of our beds was not clean and had some thing in it that was disgusting. The staff took great care of us and tended to the situation immediately.

Peaceful in AM. Greenery lovely and well taken care of. Quality food. Pools delightful and cared for. Spa professional and peaceful. Some of upholstery needed to be cleaned in spa and lounge chairs by pools need to be sanitized more often.

Good pool, great staff, good housekeeping, clean, nice grounds and property. Breakfast buffet at LoLoma is a good deal and they give you big togo boxes if you'd rather eat breakfast at the pool. Suite(Palm) doesn't have a door that separates the bedroom and the living room. No kitchenette, no microwave/ only mini fridge, it isn't ideal if you have small kids, you have to spend money on all meals at the hotel and don't have a way of reheating left overs. Pool staff is also great but the lunch food itself isn't worth the price. Most luxury hotels have good food at the pool even if it is pricy, that was probably the most dissapointing experience for our family personally.
