Muy malo. Mala atención. El handy estaba descargado y pedimos que lo carguen y solo lo hicieron hasta el 24%. El baño estaba dañado y tapado. Finalmente, dañaron una de mis camisas en la lavandería.

La alberca está padrísimaa!! Tiene una vista increíble, el personal siempre atento a las necesidades y el desayuno inigualable.. fue toda una experiencia, no solo un cuarto de hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel, good location, nice buffet breakfast,nice pool, the only thing missing it’s the soundproof rooms! We stayed in a honeymoon suite and We could hear the neighbors many times and the staff walking around! The rest all very good! The staff very helpful

Muy limpio ,amables y buena ubicación solo una cosa no me gustó la basura está afuera de los elevadores y cuando sales o entras te da un mal olor . Lo puse como comentario espero tomen en cuenta eso

We had a great stay at Kalima Resort. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The pool was also great and had amazing views of the bay.

Overall my wife and i really enjoyed our stay in Kalima. But i did not feel that i was treated like an Expedia VIP. They mentioned there are no rooms for upgrade, but we noticed alot of rooms empty. So, that was a disappointment.

The hotel seems new, very clean and very friendly staff. The dining experience was perfect, though there is a five star restaurant right in front of the hotel that we found it late but the quality was fantastic. Overall we are really happy with the hotel. The only concern was the foot massage in the spa which I think was below the average.

Lovely property perched high overlooking patong beach. Far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds of patong. Plenty of taxi options and hotel has free shuttle to get to the beach BUT it’s not walkable unless you are super fit as it’s a steep road up to the hotel and there are a lot of steps! Only two restaurants within easy walking distance right outside hotel. Both excellent but highly recommend Ab Zab for delicious cheap local food

When we arrived and was greeted with a fresh coconut drink I knew I needed to extend another night. We loved every minute of our stay. The service and amenities are superb. We absolutely loved hanging out at the rooftop and bar. Shout out to X Man for the magic tricks and entertainment. Definitely recommend this resort. It was close to the patong and the nightlife on Bangla!

Das Hotel ist gut mit einem Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht und schönem Zimmer. Leider war direkt vor meinem Zimmer die Zufahrt für die Mitarbeiter und diese Zufahrt hatte dort eine Steigung, was zur Folge hatte, dass alle Mitarbeiter die früh morgens gekommen sind, mit ihren Scootern Gas geben mussten, was zum schlafen echt nervig war.

Vi hadde bestilt og betalt for rom med frokost inkludert. Da vi ankom hotellet ble rommet vårt oppgradert, så langt alt bra. Frokost som vi hadde betalt for ble strøket fra det oppgraderte rommet, slik at vi måtte betale for våre frokoster en gang til -ikke bra…

I loved this property! We got the room with its private pool plus the swim up. It was awesome, clean, and spacious! The cleaning crew that came in brought us cookies every night we were there. They have mini bar, and snacks that are free! The rain fall shower was amazing. Breakfast was included with our room and it was buffet style! It was really good food and a nice variety! I feel Iike they could have had more activities at the resort. However, didn’t take away from our stay. It is a ways from anything and everything. You will have to use a Tuk tuk or taxi or rent a bike. The property was super safe and luxurious. The staff were nice- but they didn’t go above and beyond, no need to either. It was a very pleasant experience and happy that it was our first stop in Thailand!

I’m sorry to say this felt like a very old and tired hotel that was very rough around the edges. The staff did their best best the room, which was ‘an upgrade’ was very dimly lit and was clearly not updated in a decent way for many many years. Cheap and cheerful is how I would describe it.

The staff were wonderful very friendly and willing to help. Any issues I had it was solved without hesitation. The most gorgeous breakfast buffet I’ve seen and I’m a local Thai who travels to this area very often to visit family.
