Volvemos a disculparnos para el problema al motor central del aire acondicionado, que ha golpeado 1/3 de las habitaciones en los días de mayor ocupación. Por desgracia el  daño ha pasado en un periodo que el vendedor del impianto estaba cerrado. El problema se expresó el sabado noche (cuando ustedes nos dijieron de el aire fue una novedad por nosotros, también). En el domingo hemos buscado de enteneder la severidad del problema y hemos esperado el lunes (primero dia laborable) para llamar el técnico de quien firme de provisión estaba cerrada por vacaciones. Para esto, desde la segunda noche nos hemos propuesto una habitacion meno caliente, una bottella de vino, y al final, cuando disponibile una nueva habitación sin problemas. Al término de sus estancia hemos aplicado un descuento del 10% (para ustedes modesto, pero para nosotras correcto). Lo sentimos que ustedes no han apreciado el nuestro esfuerzo y sobre todo lo sentimos que ustedes han confundido el nuestro compromiso a buscar una solución con actitud de escarsa seriedad profesional. Quien frecuenta el nuestro hotel, como se puede mirar en las críticas, en general aprecia el nuestro trabajo, y lo que pasó nos hace mas arrepentidos. Comprendemos que el agosto mas caliente de esto año y el enconveniente técnico, que nosotros también hemos sufrido, han arruinado sus vacaciones y que ve han molestado. Nos esperamos de hospedarve en futuro para demostrarve la eficiencia de la nuestra instalación.

Dear Niufar, we do not understand your complaints, although we want to understand to improve our service. You say that we are not in the center of Florence; obviously we are in Montecatini Terme, a famous spa town just 40 minutes by car from Florence. We have never quoted that we are located in Florence city; we are in the heart of Tuscany near Florence, Pisa and Lucca. You wrote that there is no coffee in the room: in fact, you can find coffee during breakfast or, during the day, in our bar with self-service mode. In the room we give a selection of teas and herbal teas. Then you talk about boring place: we are a boutique hotel, an art hotel not a tourist village. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations, but perhaps you were very distracted in your choice, so much so that you arrived the day after your check-in date without notifying us and so much so that you chose the wrong city to stay
