Peor hotel de mi vida. En 3 noches no limpiaron el cuarto una sola vez. No teníamos toallas ni shampoo. Gimnasio en ruinas. No servia la puerta principal. Personal no uniformado y grosero. La foto miente, el hotel es viejo y sin mantenimiento. Los elevadores huelen a marihuana y los cuartos a cigarro. Parece hotel de película de terror. Devuélvanme mi dinero al menos

Las habitaciones estan bien pero el hotel es viejo y no tiene servicios. El lobby parece una bodega, esta llenod e cajas, no funciona el restaurante y en general le falta mucho mantenimiento. El elevador esta muy golpeado y no lo han arreglado en mucho tiempo. La gente fuma en sus habitaciones de todo

La recepción descuidada y por fuera le falta mantenimiento pero la atención fue muy buena las habitaciones muy bien el baño también limpio y las camas muy cómodas gracias

The hotel was abandoned and I flew to Pittsburgh with my son for a Steelers game to find that we had no where to stay , I blame Expedia since they are who I went through for this tragedy, they have also done nothing to help or rectify us being stranded in a city that I did not know for two days !!

The hotel was closed... we had to pay 4 times the price we were suppose to pay in order to find a room in a hotel... they were all full... Instead of approx. US$300, I had to pay approx. US$1200. And I was not the only one with this problem... at least 15 cars arrived in the parking while I was there. REALLY NOT HAPPY ! You should reimburse the difference we paid vs the amount we were suppose to pay.

Microwave was dirty and had dirty glass bowls placed inside. After brining it to the front desk staffs attention twice; at the time of checkout they stated (day shift) they cleaned it themselves and took videos. It wasn't worth the argument but I will say that if I'm in the area I most likely will not be staying at this property again.

THIEVES, they will ask for a security deposit cash and tell you they will return it when you check out. They refuse to give you the hotel key until you give them cash even if you pre-paid. I had been driving all day and was tired so I went ahead and gave them cash. The next day came and I went to the front desk to check out and get my money back, however, they are never present at the front desk so you better not have a schedule you need to stick to because you may need to wait all day for them to return. I had a tight schedule I needed to follow so just left the key in the check out basket and assumed that I could call later to have it situated, but they never answer the phone. I called for 3 days straight and their number just takes you back to the main menu continuously, so I'm out 50$. The staff are impossible to get a hold of and extremely unprofessional.

This hotel is closed down!!!!!!! You wasted my time , energy, and ruined my plan for a place to stay while working. Everywhere else was either full or way too expensive at last minute and I had to sleep in my car!

Condition of the hotel is poor - looks and feel like they stop investing and doing any maintenance a long time ago. Toilet kept flushing all night and my 2nd day there was no hot water so I was not able to take a shower. In the lobby and room a lot of things are broken and doesn't feel clean. Staff are not very friendly or motivated but I cannot blame them. Only plus point is the location and easy drive to down-town Pittsburgh. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was only one person working and they were working very slowly. Once we got through the line and checked in the room they sent us to hadn’t been cleaned. Beds were unmade and toilet hadn’t been flushed trash emptied etc. we got into another room and there was no soap in the bathroom.

The photos on web are false advertising it’s not like the real one . It was so cold in the lobby that there wear space heaters all over and still had to have a big coat on. The blankets where stiff and rough and thinner then a sheet at best . No exhaust fan in bathroom and no microwave no fridge and coffee pot but no cups . Waste of money very disappointing

Night manager was always on the phone. She never bothered to hang up to service you and would make you wait almost 45 minutes to come out of the back because her personal phone call was more important.

I AM SORRY UR STAY WAS NOT PLEASANT BUT THE NIGHT MANAGER WAS NOT PRESENT WHEN THE GUEST STAYED AT THE HOTEL.

Excellent place to park a large truck, that's it.
The parking was the best part. Easily fit the work truck in the lot. Other than that, the hotel looked like a horror movie set. Every day I came back from working downtown to my key card not working. Front desk said it was losing its memory because of being in my wallet, but I intentionally left it out of my wallet one day and in the truck... Still didn't work. This place could pass for being a horror movie set.

Cheap and not cheerful
I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and there has been a drastic change. The hotel is very run down. Heat did not work in the room, broken mirror in the bathroom and toilet paper holder ripped from the wall. Rounding out the disappointment was the poor reception and lack of customer service.

The staff gave me a fine for not checking out, even though i called and extended before checkout. They said they required me to do it at front desk, and never told me tht on the phone. They should use that fine money to put back into tht outdated place.

My second time staying here, and probably my last. It's a mixed bag. The location is convenient to Downtown Pittsburgh and the Southside. Short Lyft or Uber ride to most attractions. Easy parking. The parking is ample. There is at least one decent restaurant (Vincent's) within walking distance. The hotel is fairly clean and the beds are adequate. Those are the positives. As far as negatives go, good luck getting ahold of anybody here. Phone calls go unanswered. There is almost never anybody at the front desk either. First time I stayed, I had no hot water...zero. Second time, a little better but not great. On the second night of my latest stay, thermostat and heat stopped working. It was late, so I dealt with the cold room and told the front desk (when somebody finally showed up) the next morning. They said they would send somebody. Nope. I came back that night to a freezing cold room with no heat. Again, because of my schedule, I just wrapped myself in a ton of blankets and toughed it out. This hotel is generally afforfable, but not affordable enough to warrant the hassle and headaches that come with it.

No one answered the phone for 5 hours of calling hotel to check our reservation! We had ONE towel for 4 people, they said they had no more!! Its dirty and a bug crawled across the room floor!!!!! I understand being under staffed but they don't even try here!!!!

We only stayed one night for the Steelers game. The room was nice until then we looked down and saw multiple cigarette burns in the rug and no hot water. We booked the room at the last minute. I don't think I book here again, unless they can confirm they will have hot water for showers. The price was great, but you get what you pay for.

When we arrived it reflected nothing in appearance of the photos online. The check in line was very long but contained 2 other people complaining of very dirty rooms and a flooded room. I continued check in and received keys to room 400. Upon arriving to the room and using my key to open the door. I opened the door to someone else’s room. A grown man in the room drinking beer in his underwear. Needless to say I requested a full refund as that is unacceptable and I did not have a good feeling about staying at this hotel.
