Good location and Westin style amenities. However, the property is old an rooms facing towards the 50+ year ols generators/heaters get a lot of noise.

El hotel como parte de esta cadena no es malo y apesar de que se ven viejas las instalaciones, algo que le ayuda demasiado es lo bien ubicado que está. Lamentanlente tuvimos una experiencia terrible en la habitación pues había plaga de chinches las cuales nos picaron por todo el cuerpo haciendo la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en algún hotel, la habaoracion fue la 1628.

This property is great if you are attending something at the convention center. Lobby is beautiful and modern. Rooms are not updated and I would rate them a 3 at best. My room was old and dusty. Mattress sucked! Squeaked and was broken down on the edges.

The location is great for a tournament being attached to the convention center. For the price, the hotel was average at best.

Billing for this stay has been a nightmare. The stay was incorrectly billed 3 times, placing a large sum of money on hold in my bank account causing immeasurable cash flow concerns for me. To date I still have a hold for nearly $600 on my account in addition to the balance paid for my two night stay.

Liked the staff. Liked my room. Tv only worked some of the time however. Water and snacks too expensive! We had one complimentary water in our room for two people. Why not two? Why not four? Not enough breakfast options. Liked Bills Burgers and Bar.

I was disappointed that they didn't have a swimming pool, even though Google said they did. Checking in at first was very disheartening with one of their staff members, however when I received assurance from another staff member, checking in was a breeze.

I had an awful experience with Expedia and this hotel. For the for days I was at the property I was charged twice. I spoke with three different managers and no one would rectify the situation.

This property is way overdue for a remodel. Standards seemed to slide during covid and haven’t rebounded. The restaurant in the hotel is nothing special but on the positive side there is a Starbucks and it has been cleaned up since the last time we were there.

The service was ok but rather impersonal. The room was very dusty and seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while. Upon my arrival in the room, I observed an open bar of soap in the soap dish on the bathroom sink that appeared to have been used. Location is convenient for city events and restaurants.

Great location! When we arrived there was no parking available so by the time we parked next door and thwn waited a VERY long time for checkbin, it took an hor from arrival to being in our room. For the price, I was disappointed there was no pool, no included breakfast, not even a microwave in the rooms. I would stay again because of the convenience of the location but it was definitely not ehat I expected from a Westin
