Un hotel perfecto si vas a Praga. Está muy cerca del centro. El hotel el muy agradable, el desayuno muy bueno y todo muy correcto

Personal muy atento y cooperativo. Siempre dispuesto a orientarte y ayudarte. Los alimentos magníficos. Quizá las habitaciones del 3er piso son un poco reducidas. Sin embargo, cuando así lo expresamos nos cambiaron inmediatamente a una con mayor espacio.0

Hotel al que se le han caído las 4 estrellas.
La habitación tan pequeña que si abríamos la maleta no podíamos movernos, por supuesto hablamos de una sola maleta, dos impensable. No teníamos dónde colocarla, teníamos que abrirla en el suelo. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, los tres dias que estuvimos alojados en el hotel no limpiaron el suelo y el cartón del rollo de papel higiénico que quitaron del baño nos lo dejaron de adorno en la habitación.

Buena ubicación, excelente desayuno y atención.
Hotel muy pintoresco y bien ubicado, excelente desayuno, habitaciones medianas con muy buen baño. La única crítica es que no tiene buen aislamiento sonoro, todo ruido mínimo de los vecinos se escuchaba a toda hora. Algo que deben mejorar, a veces te toca gente que hace el check out a las 4am y te querés matar.

Es un Hotel que a mantenido su historia en cuanto a infraestructura y mobiliario, me encantó su ubicación, el desayuno espectacular y la atención del personal de primera. Volvería a el mismo lugar .

The hotel is very well located, you are walking distance from everywhere in Prague. The hotel has a beautiful indoor patio and has a charm about it. The bed in the room was very comfortable but I must add that we stayed on the third floor and the room had an attic ceiling which limited the space and the old furniture wasn´t at all practical taking up space too. Staff is really helpful and there is a wide variety of breakfast, the only negative about it would be the quality of the coffee. It is a 3 star hotel where you can enjoy a nice stay.

We love Hotel Élite 1 Location is great 10-15 minute walk all to almost everything 2 Transportion 2 mins away 3!Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful 4 Room was great and perfect size for 2 people 5 European breakfast was wonderful. Perfect way to start the day Would highly recommended

Staff addressed any issue we brought to their attention with a smile and can do attitude. It was my birthday and at breakfast was presented with a bottle of champagne and a card signed by staff. This was our 4th stay at this establishment and will use it again in future travel to Prague

Definitely would stay here again!
Hotel Elite is very centrally located in New Town, about a 15 min walk to Charles Bridge. The metro is located not even a block away. The hotel itself was very nice, the beds were a bit hard but - Europe ... The hotel has a wonderful bar area and an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were very kind.

Great Location
This is a great hotel to stay at. The location is awesome, right next to the metro and tram, plus a mall in case you need something that you forgot. The service was excellent and the breakfast was the best I have had in Europe. Over all I would stay here again. We stayed for a total of 12 nights and it was wonderful for all of them.

Not worth staying in this hotel
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We booked this place considering the other reviews but we are very disappointed we stayed in this hotel. The beds were creeking a lot and the mattresses were very firm that led to quite uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast is average with few options - scrambled egg was awful. In the website, there is no mention of the charges for sauna and we were charged for CZK 400 on the checkout. On arguing these charges aren’t mentioned on the website, the staff said hotels.com decides to what information they want to publish and in many circumstances hotels.com doesn’t publish the correct information. In nutshell not worth staying in this hotel.

Hyggelig personale ! Og svært god frokost! Men de lurte meg med at de sa det var parkering i hotellområdet men det var det ikke. For det var begrensinger på hvilken bilmerker de aksepterte.

Amazing. Helpful. Rented a mini van to go to Germany. Parked in wrong place. Desk helped us. Came with us. Directed us to the correct garage and avoided getting a parking ticket. Beyond the call of duty. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet excellent.
