The property was good. Staff were excellent, but do not plan on the bathroom fitting more than one person at a time. Very cramped even for one person. It was almost as small as a bathroom in an RV.

Excellent Party Venue
Attended an employee holiday party and everything was perfect. This is a very nice hotel, rooms are nice and clean. I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Overall nice place to stay. If you arent used to the paper mill it is a bit potent at times even in the building.

Great place overlooking The Snake River
Very enjoyable stay. Though the rooms are a tad small, they were still very comfortable. Nice design and very clean. The restaurant attached is also very nice.

The staff is Great! The restaurant is Great! The room and Bed were fine. But the A/C unit is awful. The HVAC units in the rooms need to be cleaned and new filters in them. I had big time sinus issues after just the first night.

As usual stay was great. I had made a reservation at this hotel in May for the Oct stay at the rate of $189 +/- per day, but when Hotels.com merged with whomever, the reservation went away and had to make a new reservation for Oct weekend, and the rate was $279 +/-. Not particularly Happy.

The beds at this hotel were perfect. I love a medium firm mattress and the pillows were also lovely. Basic hotel perfect for a nights stay if you’re driving through or going to a football game.

SEPT 12 2023 extra stay
balcony needs some cleaning to be able to enjoy it. full of cobwebs! The restaurant needs attention ; food was just OK and there was only one waitress in morning and she asked everyone to sit on upper level. There is such a nice view at windows and we could not sit by the windows, a disappointment for sure.

Hotel was very nice Our room- we had to have them clean out a spider nest in curtains. The balcony- also we had to request a sweep down of cobwebs Service department took care of it

Interesting location and a very nice facility but this was one of the more expensive places we stayed at on our 3 1/2 week trip across the US and the price essentially included a room. They didn't even have a coffee station.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant next door for breakfast, the food was wonderful, large portions and the service was excellent. We had a trailer and the parking was easy.
