The smell in was messing with my allergies, I’m yet to get back my refund through Expedia. I did not stay not even one at the Days Inn. But was given the run around in getting back my refund if $300

Hi, we're very confused by this review. According to our system you never checked into the hotel and were never charged for a room. The reservation was marked as a no show. Because we did not charge you, we would not be able to refund you.

Owner removed all plugs for bathtubs, so no bath possible. Main bathroom in lobby devoid of all toilet paper or paper towels probably to save money. Bread items at breakfast stale, waffle batter sour. Rooms are fine, clean and will do for a night. However, i feel there are better options for the same price around the area

We're sorry you were unhappy. We did briefly run out of paper towel due to a shipping issue but that has been resolved. I'm not sure what you mean about the waffle batter but we will look into it.

Housekeeping is available daily if requested, as it stated on the paper you signed at check in. We also have coffee pots available on request as well. We wish you'd let us know during your stay that you needed these, we would have been more than happy to provide them.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and it’s been a great experience each time. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as patient, you never know what a person may be going through and they have always been nice. The property is clean and comfortable and I’ve never felt unsafe there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and breakfast options were okay considering is not a full-service location. The outside could use some revamping and there was only one vending machine in the lobby, although there were signs about others on the first floor. I would definitively go back as for me, the most important is the cleaningness of the room and they exceeded my expectations. Oh, it is also pet friendly and does NOT smell like pets have been there so, Kudos for that.

Hotel is run down. Rooms need up-dating. No closet to hang your clothes just 2 hooks on wall. Lock on door not working correctly. Toilet fixture rusting. Bath tub chipped.

Thanks for the feedback, our rooms were updated to the current Days Inn brand standard last year using the furniture and fixtures required by Wyndham. We will bring the other issues to maintenance's attention.

The room was relatively clean. But overall the hotel is worn down. Cracks in the walls and floors. Lots of noise since all rooms open to parking lot. But everything worked. Bed was comfortable enough. If you just need to sleep and shower, it’s fine.

Thanks for the feedback! We remodeled our rooms in the Summer of 2022 and we are now focusing on the exterior of the property. We hope you stay again and see the improvements we will be making.

The outside was very dingy on the inside would have been remodeled but a lot of things were not finished. Our door the bolt lock would not lock. The door handle to the bathroom was falling off. And they charge you $100 deposit on top of what you already paid.

We're sorry about the issues you had with your room, we will have maintenance address them. The 100 security deposit is listed on Hotels.com under "Fees & Policies," we're sorry you didn't see that and it came as a surprise at check in.
