I am deeply saddened to here of your experience with us. We do not intend for our guest to have to tolerate those conditions. Your description of the linen sounds horrible. It is our Housekeeping policy all check out rooms linens are stripped. Laundry staff inspect all linens during washing and drying process. I deeply apologize if any of these steps were skipped and for any inconveniences. Please know that it was not intentional or common practice for us to overlook these mandatory processes.

Hola, lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido de su agrado y le ofrecemos una disculpa por cualquier onconveniente que usted haya tenido en nuestra propiedad. lamentablemente usted adquirio una habitacion para fumar nosotros limpiamos los cuartos diariamente y hacemos lo posible para que las habitaciones aunque sean de fumar no tengan ese aroma a cigarrillo lamentablemente esas habitaciones son exclusivamente para fumadores si usted no fuma le hubieramos podido ayudar si nos lo haya hecho saber para cambiar su cuarto a una habitacion de no fumar. gracias por su estancia en nuestra propiedad.
