This is a lovely property in a quiet community. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It had plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. There were a few things that could be improved upon. There was no soap in two of the bathrooms. My husband and I did not find the queen size bed to be comfortable. The pillows were crinkly sounding (plastic?) and again not comfortable. Thankfully I found one soft pillow in the closet. The bunk beds were very squeaky when the kids made any movement in them. My biggest irritation was we were not given the access code before we arrived. We were told the property manager would meet us there. We told him exactly when we were arriving and he acknowledged receiving our message. However when we arrived he was not there. He did not answer his phone until the third time we called. Then he simply gave us the access code over the phone. This could have been sent to us earlier so we didn’t waste 15 minutes standing on the front porch, being bitten by mosquitoes, after a several hours drive. I hope they will change this procedure for future quests.
