Beautiful luxurious hotel, wonderful location, friendly and professional staff. attention to detail is evident. High class customer care and service. Iwould not hesitate to stay there again. Staff are happy to speak English

Very small room for the price the toilet blocked thank god we only stayed one night overpriced the lift had no air conditioning it stoped the lights went off I felt I was in a tomb and could not breath I wish I never stayed there

We thoroughly enjoyed our Crayeres experience which surpassed our high expectations. The small guest numbers and "can do" staff attitude made the experience exceptional. It is more than just another beautiful chateau.

Fabulous Gourmet Getaway
Although Boyer has been retired for 11 years, the "new" chef/management truly carries on the glorious tradition. Staff attention, accomodations, and of course the food ae all fabulous. The ultimate getawayfor a special experience, updated but still in the old tradition. Nothing like it elsewhere in the world./

Les Crayeres of Champagne
Les Crayeres are huge underground caverns excavated during the Roman era in the chalk region of Reims. A tour of the Champagne house Veuve Cliquot, very close to the Hotel, was recommended by the hotel and proved to be very interesting and informative about the region in general and the specifics of the development and history of the making of Champagne. The Hotel was incredibly luxurious, friendly, and accomodating to our needs, a blend of attributes not commonly found. Excellent brasserie, and world class Michelin-starred gourmay restaurant, all seamlessly focussed on making the customer fell welcome and appreciated.

Stunning chateau
Wonderful chateau on outskirts of Reims. Perfect for a romantic getaway or short weekend break. Close to the champagne houses, incredible restaurant.

Fantastic hotel
Chateau Les Crayeres is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Admittedly, it is also one of the most expensive but everything was fantastic. The staff spoke perfect English, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely - beautifully decorated, great facilities, very comfortable and calm. The food in the brasserie and Le Parc was also great. Le Parc was expensive but then it is a 2* michelin restaurant. Every penny was worth it. The breakfast is expensive too but is worth experiencing at least once. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Absolutely stunning and impeccable service from the moment we walked through the doors - food was stunning - a little pricey but deserved the price tag £525 for a meal for 2 but champagne free flowing with every course pre and post dinner and the service was excellent

Superb, highly recommended.
Fantasic hotel, best experience. Staff are supremely professional and helpful. The restaurant Le Parc is incredible. For novices like us not used to a Michelin star experience it could have been intimidating but staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating and it was a wonderful experience. The somelier deserves a special mention for recommending a boutique Champagne that complemented our meal perfectly. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I would unreservedly recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful luxury Chateau that doesn't disappoint
Although we had problems initially with our booking, the hotel sorted it out immediately and after that nothing was any trouble. Their attentiveness at breakfast was impeccable and the breakfast was astounding - you really need to try the chocolate butter and the panna cotta! I would definitely return and try the brasserie.

A wonderful resort, only 45 minutes from Paris
The restaurant, in the hotel, is out of this world and the hotel and hotel staff do everything possible to make your stay a fantastic one.
