Esta muy sucia pedí dos habitaciones para no fumadores una olía muy mal, me las dieron súper separadas en la párate de enfrente otra hasta atrás era obvio q si estás reservando las quieres juntas se ve q no cambian las sábanas no lavan bien los baños da asco todo el hotel tiene una apariencia muy buena q cuando estas ahí quedas muy decepcionado malísimo no lo recomiendo jamás

Broken locks, holes in the wall, loud music. Party in the adjacent room with people coming and going, weed smell in the air. We left and went to another hotel

Key West Inn is located next door to a pizza place. There is no clear signs of where their drive is if you’re heading southbound. The ice machine was out of order. Property had plenty of parking and rooms were spacious.

Hotel smells horrible. The rooms are dirty and dusty, if you could sleep in the bathrooms that would probably be the cleanest place in the entire room. There is going to be properties opening in the Roanoke area very soon; these properties are going shut down this filthy and disgusting place, as it has been taken over by a group of people that do NOT care about it's occupant. Electrical shortages throughout the entire room (plug in one thing & the other side of the room's outlet won't work). I will NEVER stay there again.

Small dogs are welcome if you pay $15. Take it or leave it attitude. My dog is cleaner and quieter than some of the other guest we saw. Breakfast? Yep if you want packets of oatmeal. No OJ or juice. Had a gallon jug of low fat milk sitting out.

I’m sorry you feel that way but we have a dog policy we charged 50 and nobody told you that you had to leave if you don’t pay their price and for the breakfast yes we do put the milk outside out of the refrigerator in the morning and the juice is out of order we are so sorry for at

Great Price! But ????
The rate should speak for itself. I must say, I slept well and there was plenty of hot water. However, the towels were thin and small. The shampoo were in ketchup packages. The shower handle came off in my hand. The outlets were scummy. Ironing board but no iron. The vanity was seriously cracked. Exposed cables reaching across the wall. The door that adjoined the room was broken and the hotel placed a dresser in front of it to keep out people who may open the door. The folder for the key card appeared to have been recycled by previous residents. No elevator if you are on the second floor. No USB connections for charging. Very outdated room but good coffee pot and I slept well. Walking distance to eateries. Third world experience in AL.

Advertised pool yet pool had been cemented over years ago … advertised breakfast from 6 am - 9 am but at 7 am office door locked and no one there and breakfast later only had very minimal breakfast food … noisy neighbors … not very clean - actually had worries about bed bugs but none found.

I’m sorry for the trouble, we just filled the pool beginning of this year and I have tried to remove all the advertisement that I can fine. I’m sorry about that. The breakfast is 6-9 but we do have the emergency yes so we are open late. I’m so sorry about it. I am so sorry

You reserve the room online but when you came to checking, you wanted to have a get an extra bed we told you there was gonna be an extra fee and you didn’t wanna pay then you got mad so you started calling the staff nasty words and then, when we told you to leave the property you started making the fake claims there’s no bedbugs or roaches in the room

Booked a non-smoking room was given a smoking room. The room smelled horrible. We left, drove to our next destination, spent the night there. Won’t ever be back to this motel. My gift to you, was the payment I made that was non-refundable!

Nice,clean,well kept and comfortable. The only issue was our TV didnt wor. But that was no big deal. I was too tired to watch it. Great stay over all..

Remodeled? I high disagree!!!
This hotel was supposed to be completely remodeled. However it couldn't be more farther than the truth. The best place for me to start would probably from the outside in. When you first come to the property the front looks nice, that is until you get to the back, then you get to see the trash dump. The walls in the room had a hole in it and what looked like black paint splattered behind the door. The bed was sitting almost all the way on the floor and had burn marks all over one corner of the blanket. All the rest of the furniture was either dingy or broken. Two out of three of the lamps didn't even have bulbs in them. The people next to us was slamming their door closed most of the night. We even had a couple of times that it sounded like someone was trying to open the door to our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that I liked and even some that I didn't. Needless to say I will NOT be staying her ever again. I will sleep in my ca first.

Killed numerous roaches, staff walked in twice without knocking and waiting to see if anyone was inside and had to go down to the main lobby to get more towels because they were not replaced when the used one were picked up for cleaning.

It was ok
I was staying here for business. This is located in a small town so I didn’t expect too much. The front desk attendant was friendly. The rooms need to be completely remodeled and the thermostat on the AC unit didnt work, though it still cooled and heated which is most important.

The hotel is offering free breakfast and WIFI but when you walked in to check in, there were clothes unfolded and car ties all in the lobby. When asked about the breakfast they said COVID, well they didn't provide a bag breakfast or nothing. The pool and all amendities are closed. The shower curtain has mold all over it. The floor was fility,. I had to take a towel and clean it, it was completly black. I was too scared to sleep on the comforter as I asked for a non smoking room and the comforter was covered in cigarett burns. Just a really dirty hotel. Staff is not friendly at all.

The rooms are really nice. The flooring and the colors match. Their is plenty of lighting in the room. Lobby needs some work and needs better landscaping. Overall nice and clean hotel. Exceeded my expectations.
