Ntra estadía en el Best Wéstern Riviera.
Una buena estadía. El hotel tiene d’hurler al aeropuerto y fue fácil coordinar ntro traslado. Está cerca del aeropuerto pero lejos de la ciudad da Roma.

Recomiendo sólo para cuando la estadía es corta
El mayor problema es que no existe transfer a toda hora desde el Aeropuerto al Hotel y obliga a tomar taxi (40 a 45 € el servicio; en mi caso el último era a las 22:00 hrs y nuestro vuelo llegó a las 22:40 hrs). Para los traslados del Hotel al Aeropuerto, tienen mejor cobertura de traslado. No olvidar que tiene un costo de €6 p/p El personal muy amable y gentil; es la mayor virtud. Camas muy duras.

ubicado aproximadamente a 10 min del aeropuerto, limpias y amplias habitaciones,para pasar la noche antes del vuelo de regreso esta bien... el desayuno basico.... cobran 6 euros por cada tramo del traslado hotel-aeropuerto

Bueno pero lejos del aeropuerto
El hotel está alejado del aeropuerto, pero con el shuttle service queda a buen tiempo. El problema es que el shuttle no tiene el logo del hotel, lo que hace díficil ubicarlo y llegar. El shuttle tiene un bajo costo que no mencionan al reservar y el personal no es de lo más córtez. Sin embargo, aun asi la zona tiene varios restaurantes familiares y a nosotros nos gusto mucho el ambiente.

La persona que nos recibió muy amable, luego salimos a cenar y al regresar la tarjeta no la leía la chapa del cuarto, así que llamaron a otra persona para que lo reparara, lo que tardó una hora y media. En el inter hubo cambio de recepcionista que se burlaba de nosotros porque ya queríamos descansar puesto que al siguiente día tenía que levantarme a las 4 am para tomar el avión.

Acogedor y cerca del aeropuerto
Mi estancia fue breve de 9pm a 3am, fue por la cercania al aeropuerto, en general bien, me recibio una persona que habla español, si regresaria y estar mas tiempo. A pero cuidado con el taxi, llego 5 m. antes de la cita (3am) con el taximetro avanzando, cuando subi encontre ya en 23 euros.

Buen Hotel
El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, agarras el shuttle en el puesto 24 saliendo del terminal 3 a la derecha. Cobran 6€ por cada viaje. El hotel está cerca de la playa, lo único malo es que en esa zona hay muchas calles de restaurantes y el hotel está alejado de ellos. Quedan un par de restaurantes a unos cinco minutos caminando. La habitación bien, buena limpieza, habitación cómoda.. El desayuno no es muy bueno. Pero para ir a pasar una noche para tomar el vuelo y no gastar mucho esta muy bien.

Es un hotel básico, que sirve para pasar la noche antes o después del viaje. La atención del personal es pasable, sin demasiado compromiso. No llegaba la senal de internet a la habitación. El desayuno es regular. Las instalaciones son regulares. El transfer al aeropuerto cuesta 6 euros por persona (nada económico, siendo que se encuentra tan cerca). El bano es bueno, con buena cantidad de agua.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura una sola notte e devo dire che sono stato estremamente colpito dalla gentilezza e della cura di tutto il personale. Il check-in si è svolto con rapidità ed efficienza. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il consiglio sul ristorante nei dintorni in cui cenare, buonissimo. Una menzione particolare per il personale che si occupa della pulizia della struttura: eccezionale! Dal primo passo dentro la struttura emerge un livello di pulizia e di cura che tante altre strutture si sognano. Complimenti a tutti i membri dello staff. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo Hotel, in cui sicuramente ritornerò.

The “queen” bed appeared to be two twins pushed together. The pillowcases didn’t fit the pillow well, and the pillows inside were visibly old. The walls were super thin, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The people were nice and helpful but it was dirty aka the towels and blankets were already dirty, the towels made me smell like peroxide and there was trash under the bed. My window was broken off and my door lock didn’t work.

It has friendly, useful, staff. The rooms are comfortable for their price. The hotel is next to the city bus that connects it to both Fiumicino Airport and to the Ostia Railway.

Lamentamos não termos atendido às suas expectativas.No entanto, lembramos que você esqueceu de escrever que pagou um preço baixo com desconto por um quarto para 2 pessoas, mas ficou pelo mesmo preço em um quarto para 3 pessoas! Em Fiumicino não há hotéis de 3 estrelas com preço inferior ao nosso

Smells BAD
I only have 2 stars because the staff was so friendly. Other than that it was very poor. Our room smelled like BO. They obviously knew about this by the $2 air freshener they had in the room. Maybe next time have your rooms professionally cleaned. Next all the televisions in the entire hotel didn’t work all day and night.
