After check-in, We had to move from the reception to another building for our room, There were too many stairs with a baby and luggage without elevator in a third floor. The room was clean and good breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel in based on the published photos and in cost/benefits terms.

Bien situado. Puedes moverte por el centro de la ciudad caminando desde el hotel. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Los colchones son muy blandos así que quienes prefieran un colchón firme les costará descansar. Ruido de tráfico.

Buen hotel cerca de la estación central
El hotel bastante bueno y el desayuno muy variado y rico. El único detalle negativo a resaltar sería la ubicación lejos de los atractivos y en una zona no muy agradable.

- Das Fenster im Badezimmer schloss nicht ganz und wies einen 2 cm Spalt auf. Dies führte dazu, dass es dementsprechend kalt im gesamten Zimmer war (März). Die Klimaanlage, die auch heizen konnte, schaltete sich jedes Mal nach 15 Minuten ab. - Da unser Zimmer direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße lag und unser Fenster wie oben beschrieben nicht abdichtete gab es keine Schalldämmung!! Es war ziemlich laut, auch in der Nacht. - Niedrige Temperaturen spielten nicht nur in unserem Zimmer eine Rolle. Auch im Frühstücksraum herrschte eisige Kälte. Ohne Winterjacke war das nicht zum Aushalten. Alles in allem war dieser Aufenthalt leider nicht erholsam.

beste Jason, je geef ons een slechte beoordeling , onze vraag is waarom ? Wij zie in onze systeem dat u de laatste perioden hebt meerdere keren bij ons verbleven en dat beteken dat was niet slecht als u op nieuw bij ons bokking maakt . De laatste bokking uw hebt betaald bij Expedia in dan na geannuleerd , is onze fout dat uw k de geld niet terug krijgt. Alvast bedank.

Lovely hotel.
Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, good location & good breakfast with lots of choices. Pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. But that was the only negative.

Toegang tot de parking was niet ideaal omdat er maar 2 sleutels aanwezig waren. Zeer ruime kamers, rolstoel toegankelijk er was 1 van de 2 bedden aan vervanging toe. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Over het algemeen zijn we tevreden.

Staff was friendly, room was small but tidy. Quite warm though and I had noisy neighbours. The interior of the staircase is slightly outdated, but the room and breakfast room were fine.

Nothing fancy here - clean and well maintained with a decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Aside from the breakfast, no services to speak of. Room was clean, but rather soulless, with an institutional feel and a very soft bed. Nothing at all unpleasant to report, but would likely look elsewhere on a next trip.

Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht war da!!! Aber die Regelung mit dem Parkplatz in der Garage geht gar nicht. Angeblich gibt es nur einen Schlüssel den man immer sofort zurückbringen muss. Auch wenn man von einem Ausflug zurückgekommen ist, muss man erst zum Hotel und den Schlüssel holen. Und sie ist 400 m entfernt. Vor dem Hotel lungern Drogensüchtige oder Alkoholiker die sich vor unseren Augen verprügelten. War nicht schön und meine Frau hatte Angst.

Het gebouw en de gang zijn wat verouderd maar de kamer was prima. Alles functioneerde en was schoon. Het personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt goed verzorgd. Uitstekende ligging t.o.v. station, genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Ligt op perfecte afstand van erasmus mc en de euromast. Parkeergelenheid aanwezig, maar niet goedkoop. Receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Missende handdoeken werden direct gebracht. Badkamer schoon en voorzien van het nodige. Bed was wat zacht en lag wat schuin, maar sliep er heerlijk op. Tv en waterkoker aanweziguit. Lekker stil en geen muffe lucht. Ontbijt was continental, lekker, voldoende, alleen geen afruimhoekje. Uitchecken ging vlot. Kortom: alles wat je nodig hebt voor 1 nacht, voor een redelijke prijs.

Die Lage war an sich relativ zentral, leider war das Zimmer, sowohl das Bad als auch der Fußboden im Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Auf den Bettlaken und Handtüchern waren Flecken. Da das Zimmer zur Straße lag, war es nachts sehr laut. Das Personal war freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es für jedes etwas.

Notre chambre était quand même bien mais situé aux troisième étages et ce sans ascenseur, les marches étaient étroites et faciles à se faire mal. Le déjeuner était froid, ils faisaient des œufs mais non aucun équipement pour les garder chaud ainsi que le café! Il y avait un chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas et les endroits communs étaient très froids, la non plus aucun chauffage. Rotterdam est bien mais sans plus!

The entrance is pretty dated, but surprisingly the room was pretty nice! This was until we realized they put us in a connecting room. Without the usual double door separate, it was essentially a single layer of plywood. Initially, no problem. Who puts guests that aren't together in connecting rooms in a largely vacant hotel? This place. We could hear every single movement, text message through the door clear as day. And the partying of our neighbours (3-4 people) until 2am when we had to be up at 6 drove us absolutely insane Obviously, let's call the front desk! The phone didn't work. So, let's go to the front desk! ... No one works at night. Contacted hotels.com, and even after spending thousands and have a almost a another thousand reserved, they were useless. Didn't do anything at all to help us. Never followed up. Never contacted the hotel. I'm seriously disappointed in the entire experience with the app. And will sooner sleep in the bus station before giving any money to hotel Milano. What trash.
