Corali and her husband were absolutely sweeter than sweet... The staff absolutely loved them and they were like family visiting us from Spain. They were not clients but family members. The only sad thing was that they only stayed a few days because they had to catch their plane back to Europe. We will greet them again next year when they come back. We have the best price/quality accommodations in Las Terrenas. You had rented a cute,clean,comfortable ECONOMY ROOM which provides for a double bed, 2 night tables with lamps, a dresser with mirror, air conditioning and FREE BREAKFAST. Along with this, you had STARLINK INTERNET available, 2 huge kitchens where guests can cook and store meals, 2 large shared living rooms to socialise and watch TV, wraparound balconies where you can see the city of Las Terrenas and an ocean view and 7 washrooms throughout the building. We have a beautiful private pool and a barbecue area. The beach and all amenities are in close walking distance. All our guests are ecstatic when they see how majestic and grand the property is which was designed and built by a renowned Maestro Romano...We also reserve Destination Weddings, large family reunions and all kinds of social functions.The first night everything was fine. The next day you were complaining that this was not the room that you had booked. We said we were sorry that you felt this way and offered to REFUND your money WHICH WE DID and gave you the OPTION OF CANCELLING the next 2 nights which you had booked. You REFUSED and continued to complain that you wanted a better room.We refused because you did not want to pay the extra fees for the upgrade. You obviously and clearly had the option to leave if you were so dissatisfied and after getting a free night COMPLIMENTS of Castillo Romano!!! And we would NEVER have given you the 3 nights for free which we explained to you in a polite and respectable manner. At no time was anyone EVER rude to you and this is INSULTING AND DEFAMATORY TO OUR BUSINESS REPUTATION which you posted in your comments!All our very best

It must have been an oversight on their part seeing that we have lots of guests to attend to and they are always running around. Hello Erica, Thank you for the nice review. Everyone really loves the stunning view over Las Terrenas and on the ocean, The swimming pool is flushed and filled every month. The only smell that comes from the swimming pool is when the chlorine is added which is normal after a large group leaves and we test the water and adjust the ph factor. We do tell people that we do occasionally have leaves fall in the swimming pool because there is always a constant fresh breeze from the ocean and we are surrounded by a large orchard of fruit trees such as mango, banana, figs, etc.on our large gated property. The whole area is constantly maintained and our guests are our priority. The large Bachata dance group that you came with have booked with us 12 times in the last 4 years and we truly enjoy seeing them over and over again with different members. The reunions, weddings, corporate meetings, social functions love the whole magical experience of Castillo Romano and we love having them even more. We want to wish you our very best and hope to see you again very very soon.
