Sorry for the inconveniences you experience during your stay with us. We are servicing stay over rooms upon request. Yes, there is construction around the hotel which is schedule to finish by the end of May. The restaurant will be available for our guest by mid June 2020. We do hope you will visit our hotel once all renovations have been completed.

I was disappointed to read of many concerns you had and, on behalf of all of us here, please accept my most sincere apologies.I believe much of your disappointment centered on the parking options and the costs. Please know that all full service downtown San Antonio hotels charge for parking, as do most downtown hotels in other Texas cities. Our valet parking fees are among the lowest in the city, where many of our competitors charge between 50 and 60 per night. The parking fees are noted on our website and on our confirmations.We would welcome the opportunity to win back your confidence and I am happy to visit with you personally.
