The entire apartment has been completely renovated. It is located in a fenced EUROPA apartment building with a swimming pool and a paddling pool for children, available to guests.

Kitchen - equipped with everything you need - you will practically feel at home - branded: dishwasher, microwave oven with grill, Bosch kettle and toaster, Krups automatic coffee machine, all the necessary tableware, glasses for white/red wine, champagne, whiskey , juices, drinks, mugs/mugs for coffee and tea, glass jug for tea/juices, cotton cloths, paper towels, large set of cutlery - 12 pieces each, wooden and silicone spoons, can opener, corkscrew and wine corks, set of pots and 2 frying pans, there is also a Samsung washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. All equipment is provided with cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, basic cleaning products, dishwashing liquid), basic products (coffee beans, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ketchup and mustard in sachets.
Bathroom - equipped with a toilet - "geberit", a VERY LARGE SHOWER CABIN - 90x120 cm!!! - which is an additional advantage, a washbasin with a cabinet with drawers, a hair dryer, a hand soap dispenser and a set of towels for each guest (towels made of Egyptian cotton, white, one large bathrobe 70 x 150 cm and a smaller one for hands 50 x 100 cm for each guest).
Each guest also receives a large beach/pool towel, 190 x 70 cm.

Bedroom - equipped with a Queen Size bed - 160 x 200 cm with a colorful headboard made of soft material, a set of bedding (for each guest a duvet 150 x 200 cm and two pillows 50 x 60 cm and 30 x 80 cm), a large built-in wardrobe with a safe, a board for ironing, iron, foldable suitcase stand, large mirror, bedside reading lamps, air conditioning and blackout curtains

Living room - air conditioning, large comfortable sofa with pillows - when unfolded, 150 x 200 cm with sleeping capacity for two adults, comfortable armchair, small coffee table, TV cabinet, large 55' TV with smart TV (Netflix, etc.), TV cabinet, corner to work with a small desk and chair, with blackout curtains.

Balcony - with a fold-out table measuring 150 x 70 cm with three large chairs, where guests can comfortably eat breakfast, an outdoor carpet, a tool cabinet with, among others, a mop with a bucket, a broom with a dustpan, two folding chairs.

Entrance to the apartment is via a key placed in a k-box attached to the entrance door to the apartment. Everyone will receive an individual code to open the k-box just before arrival.
I make my entire apartment available to guests. You can use everything inside.
The only elements excluded from use are the two upper lockers in the large wardrobe in the bedroom, locked with a key.

Each guest can use the swimming pool, which is located on the ground floor - entry to the fenced swimming pool area is via a round plastic chip attached to one set of keys in the apartment. There are sunbeds available to all guests, showers, toilets and a paddling pool for children.
