I wanted to enter my room, the room was ready at 5:30 pm. The next day they were knocking on my door insisting that I leave at 11:00 p.m. even though I was not ready. Then they charged $43.00 for services that I didn't use, I didn't use the parking lot, I didn't use the pool, I didn't use the internet. $43.00 for no reason. I was even paying for an expensive enough room close to $500.00. I have never really felt such bad attention paying for something so expensive

Great place right on Lake San Marcos! Loved the swimming pools and the hottub as well as the Italian restaurant right next door!

The place is beautiful and very clean but i did not like that there was a humming noise in my room that was constant. I thought it was the a/c or a machine but no, it was humming 24/7 Also, i like a dark room in the morning. I pulled the shades but the sun light comes in through the ceiling sky windows. But i look forward to stay there again.

Poor water pressure, hot water lasted 2 minutes, pool hours too short, drip coffee served cold (from a pay cafe), and someone tried to climb into second story room from parking lot

I’m a bit sad I only got to stay here for a night, the property was absolutely breath taking and the room was clean. It was easy to check in and out and staff was super friendly! The lighting in the room was lacking but that’s every hotel for you I suppose. Parking is super easy like you can park near your room which like SCORE! Will definitely be coming back here again and hopefully enjoy the hotel more! The lake is breath taking.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to the Lakehouse! The staff is amazing, the amenities with the lake and golf course are great, and it provides the relaxed environment one needs to recharge batteries!

TV issues when arrived. Netflix couldn’t be accessed but they sent staff and followed up w call. Was new system and other guests had issues too. Bummed to see (at 10p), no blankets at all in closet or elsewhere. Otherwise all good. Quiet, clean and friendly.
