Anuncian qué hay snacks, servibar y servicio a cuartos y no lo tenían. Hoy me atendió y me pasó a su gerente Teresa Galván y acabo diciéndome que si quería que me fuera a otro hotel. Me fui. Me quede en el US Grant como muchas veces y ahí si estuvo súper bien el servicio.

I liked ubication and comfort of the room.
I didnt like the service at breakfast restaurant and the fact that everytime to go in the hotel i was asked to show the key and once in another time i was asked to show the key to go to the elevators. Anoying.

Muy bien en cuanto a la calidad de acabados, diseño y estado físico.
El único problema es que al menos en la primera semana de Diciembre está completamente lleno de gente haciendo fiesta por todos lados del hotel, incluyendo pasillos de las habitaciones al grado que no nos cobraron el resort fee por las molertias.
Seguramente en otras fechas no debe de ser tan ruidoso pero en fin de semana de Diciembre cuidado. El room service (desayuno) es muy caro y el tamaño de las porciones es pequeño en relación a otros desayunos de la zona.
El personal es muy amable.
La zona es una belleza y el costo en general es muy bueno.
Si lo recomiendo teniendo cuidado de fiestas de fin de año.

Nice hotel. Valet was pricey $55. Bar closed at midnight, which after a concert was a bit disappointing. Very clean. Nice linen. Walkable location to Gaslamp District.

Hotel was great. Valet parking situstion was terrible. It took forever for us to receive our car.

The property was beautiful! There is nothing negative that I could say about it. The guys that valet were great, housekeeping was awesome and so friendly. The property was very clean throughout including the exterior. I would also like to point out that Erica that checked us in was so helpful and friendly and even remembered my name. She was helpful before we even arrived as well when I messaged the hotel with a question about our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!
