Como siempre, la cadena Taj ofrece una estadia agradable, con comodidad y buen trato. La ubicacion es muy buena, solo media cuadra de Union Square. De seguro, lo considerare en mi proxima visita a San Francisco.

se va transformando en una buena costumbre
ya es mi segunda estadía en este establecimiento, y en ambas ocasiones me brindaron toda su amabilidad y escucharon mis requerimientos. El lugar esta super bien ubicado, y tiene un restaurante de una estrella Michelin, que me ha hecho quedar excelentemente con amigos y clientes

Si bien empezamos mal, terminamos GENIAL!!!!!!!!
Empezamos bastante mal, ya que nos querían cobrar mas de lo pactado y no era la habitación de la foto que aparece en la pagina de Hoteles.com. Pero gracias a la excelente predisposición del personal del Hotel Taj Campton Place, entendieron nuestro reclamo y: nos movieron a una habitación con las comodidades que necesitábamos (cama doble mas un sofa cama para nuestra hija) y no nos cobraron ningún adicional por la estadía de nuestra hija de 12 años. El servicio fue excepcional tanto en la limpieza como en la cordialidad. Este hotel, tiene un restaurant con un chef de una estrella Michelin, quien también tiene a cargo la preparación de los alimentos del bar donde cenamos un par de veces. La atención, la calidad de la comida y el sabor de la comida fueron estupendos. Sin duda es este establecimiento es altamente recomendable. Un detalle mas, el hotel NO COBRA por la gestión de recepción de paquetes de compras via Internet, esto es una gran ventaja!!!

This hotel was excellent; old but very cozy and clean. The service was espectacular and they had a sign for you to place on the door when you wanted your room to be serviced. Awesome experience. Love it!

A solid hotel but it’s not the Taj
Taj Campton checks most of the boxes, nice, clean, courteous staff, and location. However if you have experienced Taj hospitality in their other hotels and their attention to details, Compton falls short by quite a lot. The food and specially their breakfast is best skipped and would recommend travelers to try nearby breakfast places. The bathroom amenities, specially their shampoo and conditioner could be better in quantity and quality. Overall the hotel and room needs some overhaul.

Nice location, nice hotel. Will return.
Really comfortable, well appointed room. Very quiet. Huge tub. Excellent bedding. Would offer a few more tea choices and corridor carpet should be replaced. All staff I interacted with were professional and caring. Good hotel. Better than Hyatt across the street. Bar should be dog friendly, more and more in SF are.

I was greeted with smiles and hello’s from all staff. The 3:00 checking time and noon check out was fabulous!! And different from the trend of later check ins and earlier and earlier check outs. Nice big bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.

We had a great stay at the Taj. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. In suite nespresso coffee maker and a restaurant/ bistro and bar in the hotel were all great. Hands down it’s the staff that makes this place such a gem. Convenient location in San Francisco’s union square - and I would not hesitate to recommend you stay here. We will definitely be back
