I recently booked a stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay through Hotels.com for my VIP customer from October 7th to October 8th, 2023. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.
During our stay in Room 221, the shower system was malfunctioning, and despite multiple attempts to request assistance from the front desk, the issue was not resolved. This left us without a functioning shower throughout our stay, which was a significant inconvenience.
Our expectations for The Ritz-Carlton were high, given its reputation for exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. However, the failure to address a basic amenity like the shower system in a timely manner was a disappointment.
We hope that the hotel will investigate this matter thoroughly and take measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Our commitment to providing our VIP customers with exceptional experiences is of utmost importance, and we trust that The Ritz-Carlton will take the necessary actions to restore our confidence in their establishment.
