Very good food at Cafe Mimosa, but service all-around was poor. The cafe server never actually said "hello" to us -- just a one-word "Ready?" in greeting. Additionally, no instructions for wifi access were given at check-in, nor was a description/orientation of the facilities. We only discovered the hotel had a second rooftop area with hot tubs because another guest told us. It also would have been nice to know that some of the rooms have their windows screwed shut and have no natural light, except what is filtered through heavily frosted glass.
