I stayed one night with my family on the way to SF, the hotel is hardly a 2 star, no air conditioning, old and outdated, do not liked at all, towels, pillows and beds are in bad shape, the room was clean but we just want to leave as soon as posible

Un muy buen sitio como hotel de camino entre Los Angeles y San Francisco si vas por la vía al mar; alrededor no encontrará mucho que hacer, ya que es poco poblado. El hotel está bien, instalaciones adecuadas y limpias, la piscina es espectacular para descansar después de manejar varias horas; el personal es muy amigable y atento. Por mejorar, el internet que es de baja velocidad; sin embargo creo que el problema es que en esa área la señal no debe ser fácil de mejorar, porque es muy sola y alejada. Las instalaciones están bien, en general están bien mantenidas y son clásicas; si recomiendo mejorar las cortinas, ya que no tienen de día, solo pesadas para la noche, así que para que no vean la habitación desde fuera, toca cerrar la nocturna y queda todo muy oscuro.

Property location was excellent. Staff was great. Had a cable box issue and they moved us to a diffrent room. We'll be coming back! Outstanding!!!

Hotel needs an upgrade. The carpet in the room needed a deep clean. Old and dirty upholsters changed in the room. You roll to the centre of the bed. Mattress need to be replaced.

We checked in extremely late without any issues. The King corner room was adequate. The following day we noted blood on the carpet. I immediately informed the front desk who said it would be taken care of. Returned later in the day to find it partially cleaned. When asked about the incomplete cleaning, the front desk told me the cleaning staff claimed it wasn’t blood. We work in healthcare, it was definitely blood. I was told another room was unavailable to move to. I asked for a Manager to contact me. Six months later, no one has reached out. And breakfast offerings were terrible. Will NEVER stay here again. I do NOT recommend this place.

We had a group of about 30 people staying. Most of us are seniors or near that age. The hotel staff were very helpful by allowing us the opportunity to visit in the breakfast and lobby area in the afternoon and evening hours. We had a very pleasant stay.
