Facil de corregir y mejorar.
El Hotel NO incluye limpieza en la habitación, incluso cuando en hotels .com indica que si. Encontramos vidrios rotos en la terraza exterior del hotel. Uno de los huiespedes se metio uno en los pies. El servivio de comida y meseros es mu lento y Malo. El hotel es muy bonito y tiene una excelente playa.

Me gusto mucho el concepto. Tienen su isla privada donde te llevan a la playa. No me gusto que no te incluyen las aguas que en cualquier hotel te ponen en tu recamara por lomenos una por persona la noche. Y que no nos despertaron ninguna de las dos noches que pusimos wake up call . Pero el lugar esta increible. El sushi delicioso

Es un excelente hotel! La playa es lo máximo, no hay nada comparable, ya que tienes todo allí y pasas el día con todos lo primordial. Y la exclusividad es lo mejor, totalmente privada. La habitación muy cómoda, el baño y la cama excelentes. Lo único que no nos gusto es que los blackouts de las habitaciones desafortunadamente no bloquean la luz al 100% por lo cual en la mañanas te puede despertar muy fácil la luz que se filtra fácilmente por los espacios que deja. Lo único que tengo que referir es que los precios del hotel de los restaurantes bar y demás, no tiene el impuesto a la venta, por lo cual siempre consideren un 12% adicional a todos los precios que estan listados.

The staff is amazing and did as much as they could do. Our room had to be moved because a pipe burst. The new room we received was very dusty and dirty. Our wifi only worked for one of the 4 days we were there. Let me say again the staff really tried their best with the resources they are given. My husband and i appreciate that!

Mahogany Bay was a great place to stay. It was a bit removed from the hustle & bustle of town yet still just a short golf cart ride away. The resort was pleasantly not crowded, the staff were very friendly, and the private beach was amazing!

Property itself wasn’t the problem. The issue was everything else. The so-called amenities aren’t amenities at all. A small refrigerator in the bungalow that can barely hold the two bottles of water they comp you everyday. The weight room was small, and half of the equipment didn’t even work. Everything is US currency. Over priced and over rated. The staff was great, it’s not their fault that Hilton decided to rip off their guest! If you watch any YouTube videos about this property, they are lying because they’re being comped. Skip this property!

Good hotel but it has inconveniences: good luck getting a towel at the pool, they dont clean your room or bring you fresh towels unless you ask, if you stay in a shared building with 3 rooms in the same little building, you can hear everything from the room above yours, you have to take a 15 mins boat ride to the beach.

Let me start by saying this was the best resort staff I have ever encountered. Everyone from dalton at check in to Jairo and Alyssa at the concierge desk. Every person was friendly patient and kind. My stay here was amazing the only issue I had was they were literally building a house 20ft away from my cottage from 6am to 6pm. This was an annoyance but didn’t impact my overall stay I wasn’t in my room much during the day. Every person I encountered at this resort and really on the island of San Pedro felt like Family. Belize is a wonderful place and I can see myself living there.

Beach club and dining options were nice and food was good however dining was very expensive. Rooms are lacking and since nothing is included I would say the room prices are high. We were forced to switch rooms the night before our flight due to piping leak and we were not compensated.

Expedia does a very poor job of price representation. A $55 per day fee at check in changes the room price. Advertise lower, pay when making reservation, but then pay more at check in. Resort was way too pricey for what you get. Go to Ramon's.

The room was beautiful, the pool, main house, private beach were all great. The roads were dusty and dogs started barking at 4:30 am and construction workers started by 7am. NOT great on a relaxing holliday!

Leaking mini-fridge. Room directly under flight path of low flying planes, loud, constant noise. Plus golf carts, guest conversations & grackles on tin roof sounded as if all were IN our room. Property spread out, prepare to walk a lot. Vendors huts disappointing; ice creams offered were vanilla, strawberry & chocolate, really? And mandatory resort fee for one night stay is ridiculous. Much construction beyond the pool & on end of “Main Street”. This was a sad caricature of a resort. The value just was not there.

The biggest complaint I would have on our stay is the noise that comes into the rooms at night with not having glass windows on the bottom only the mesh and shutters. We had very noisy young girls beside us in the cottages and noise of the air conditioner from the cottage beside us kept us up most of the night to where we had to go buy ear plugs. The staff was friendly but young and service was slow. For the price of the property to stay at and for the cost of drinks and food was expensive. Videlly was great to deal with at the front desk.

The location of the property is a little remote compared to the center of town. This is good in some ways and bad in others. Over all it is a nice property and the private beach is nice because the sand goes to the water , but the water is not very deep. Most beaces on the island have concrete retailing walls because there is no sand. This is because of the barrier reef blocking the waves from bringing in the sand.

A fuir! Enorme village vacances en construction sur un marais. C'est très excentré du reste de San Pedro. Pas de service de vélo, si vous voulez vous déplacer il faut louer un golf cart ($$). En fait si vous voulez faire n'importe quoi il faut payer car l'hôtel n'inclut absolument aucun service (même les bouteilles d'eau de votre chambre c'est à vous d'aller les remplir à la réception!!). Ce n'est clairement pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont en fait des bungalows qui ont toutes des fenêtres mais sans vitre, si bien qu'on entend tout dehors (absolument tout et à toute heure, c'est l'enfer). Cerise sur le gâteau du greenwashing : Ils se prétendent écologiques à compter le nombre de bouteilles en plastique économisées grâce au remplissage de bouteilles d'eau en verre mais ils mettent la clim a fond dans les bungalows fenêtres ouvertes puisqu'elles ne se ferment pas! Du grand n'importe quoi! Une aberration écologique! Pour un complexe tout neuf l'isolation est complètement à revoir (on entendait très bien le voisin du dessus faire pipi). Familles, passez votre chemin ce n'est pas du tout kids friendly, il n'y a rien dans les commodités qui est fait pour les enfants, c'est nul. La plage se situe à 15min en bateau (transfert gratuit, seule chose gratuite que vous aurez là-bas). Et ce n'est pas une vraie plage côté mer mais côté lagune! C'est un marais (swamp) avec de la vase. Alors ils l'ont bien aménagée certes mais ce n'est clairement pas digne d'une sable.

The hotel is pretty no doubt BUT the problem is that they catfish people with the reviews and descriptions. We were specifically looking for a hotel within a minute distance, meaning a hotel over the water. We paid this much specifically for that reason, there are a million hotels away cheaper. They have a beach but they need to take you by boat (which they also charge you for $114 US). The beach is around 15 minutes away. They also advertise themselves as a "Adults Only" hotel and they are not. I am not sure from whom these people are taking their marketing advice but deceiving people is not. It seems to me that they are buying their reviews. There were lots of miscommunications like you need to put yourself on a list to be able to get it clean (huh?), you need to reserve the boat to be able to go to the beach, etc. Not worth the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mahogany Bay Resort with its attentive staff in each of their roles & responsibilities. Beautifully appointed property with well maintained cottages and grounds made for a wonderful experience! We also enjoyed the private beach with bar / restaurant.

Nice property, still well under construction in many areas. Although this doesn’t much affect your actual stay it certainly alters the aesthetic of the property and the relaxation aspect when excavators are driving by at breakfast . Lots of confusion with wait staff and room number allocation for billing’s. Asked multiple times everytime we ordered something what our room number was and no one seemed to think writing it down would be a good idea. Nice property, nice idea, just missing the mark in the service department. Also ensure you ask many questions about how to reserve a spot on the boat 24hrs BEFORE you want to go to the private beach as if you are not on the first or second boat you will not find chairs for the beach and have zero chance of securing a cabana for the day as those are first come first serve but there is VERY little explanation as to how to arrange all of that. If you’re here for more than 3 days you absolutely need to rent a golf cart and the hotel can help arrange that and did a great job for us. House keeping is by request so ensure you make that request as even when we did we had house keeping in our room at 5:30 pm while needing to get ready for dinner even though request was made at 8am , really nice place but the small things mentioned above are the things that make or break a 4 star hotel to a true true 4 star. Good food in hotel restaurant, good cocktails. Not cheap to eat or drink on resort, lots of good options in Town close.

Wonderful property with spacious rooms and great service. The food on site was in US dollars and is much higher than if you drive into town on a golf cart. Overall I enjoyed the resort and highly recommend it.
