Hotel Caro y Antiguo, necesita remodelación.
La pieza tenia manchas en el techo (Cafe o Sangre). La puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. Se cayó una ventana. El telefono no funcionaba y hacia ruidos molestos cada 5 minutos. Indicaban que habia recepción hasta ls 23 horas y a las 22 no había nadie en recepción. Tenía reserva por 3 noches, solo me quede una y me fui a otro hotel.

La vista es espectacular, el hotel está lo suficientemente cerca del centro que uno puede caminar a cualquier lado. No hay el bullicio que hay en otros lados por lo que igual aprovecha uno las horas de sueño. El personal es súper amable. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y repetiría.

Instalaciones no acorde con fotos del hotel.
Las instalaciones no son como se presentan en las fotos, se encuentran en muy mal estado, aun ni la mejor habitación esta bien, problemas de internet entre otras cosas. A pesar de estos problemas no devolvieron el dinero. No lo recomiendo, nos tuvimos que cambiar de Hotel.

2 Noches espectaculares
Nos alojamos en este Hotel ya que estuvimos recorriendo Santorini y otras ciudades por aniversario/Luna de Miel de casados. El hotel es hermoso, con una vista esplendida a la caldera. La atencion del persona fue siempre correcta y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda si llegaramos a volver a Santorini los elegiríamos nuevamente.

Maravillosa vista
El hotel es pequeño no mas de 8 habitaciones, pero con una super buena atención de los managers, nos fueron a buscar y dejar al aeropuerto sin costo, puedes elegir tu desayuno a diario y te informan del clima, la vista es maravillosa y las habitaciones con un muy buen tamaño y kitche incluida, hotel a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro de Fira.Sólo debe decir que debes bajar más de 60 metros por escaleras con una vita preciosa, pero creo que no es apto para personas con alguna difucultad motora o de avanzada edad.

Nunca hubiera soñado lo que tenía delante de mi
Viaje con mis dos hijas y todo el tiempo encontre atenciones maravillosas del personal del hotel. Cuando encontramos el hotel, porque de hecho gracias a Dios rente un coche, la isla es grande, y habíamos para comentar que estábamos pérdidas en ese momento mandaron personal del hotel por nosotras . A partir de ese momento ellos se encargaron de darnos una estancia de sueño. Nos preparaban el desayuno que cada quien quería y nos lo servían en la terraza viendo el mar Mediterráneo. Fue una experiencia de sueño.

Hermoso hotel, decoración sobria, desayuno muy completo, personal muy amable. Un poco complicado el manejo de niños pequeños pues las habitaciones tienen de dos pisos y en mi caso, mi hija de un año tenía mucho interés en las escalas. Volvería sin dudarlo...

El hotel esta situado en fira en un espectacular lugar, la vista es una de las mejores de la isla , el hotel es bello y tiene su piscina , la habitación muy buena , lo único a mejorar es la ducha que debería tener una puerta ! El servicio es excelente , todos muy cordiales , el desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación o puedes tomarlo afuera con la espectacular vista ! La ubicación te permite caminar por las calles y encontrar diferentes restaurantes muy buenos y puedes llegar al downtown ! Excelente hotel muy recomendado !

Wonderful view in a cozy place :)
The hotel is nice, the bedroom is comfortable,cozy and chic, big bed, a place to cook something light, balcony ( a small area private conected with the outdoors corridor), a sofa and a cave bathroom. the shower items smell really good. Good staff service, they was very kind with us and gives good advices. The breakfast was great and you can choose take it in your balcony or inside in your room. The localist action is good, just five minutes to tira to go eat, drink, or dance. We enjoy our stay and recommend this place :)

Loved the fact we stayed in the studio apartments close to the top walkway straight out to the shops and restaurants, however they were 100 steps down to pool. It can get a bit noisy with the bar up above with chairs being moved around constantly morning and night but it wasn't often we were in bed before midnight anyway. Staff were BRILLIANT and so helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Santorini.

It was an amazing experiencing staying in this magnidicent hotel with the perfect view. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast with that fascinating view was wonderful. Hotel bello in ottima posizione. Colazione molto buona servita in un posto splendido. Unico neo la camera che ho scelto (monolocale caldera view) che è posta in una parte bruttissima dell'hotel. La camera è stata deludente. Poi un giorno non è stata pulita la camera e non ho capito se per dimenticanza o per prassi. Il personale comunque è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile. Giudizio complessivo comunque buono.

Overall it was pleasant since it was our very first time in Santorini. However, please do detailed research into properties. Many of the hotels state 4 stars and are definitely not 4 stars! The honeymoon apartment was very spacious so that was a plus. However tv didn’t work 2 days straight, and when it did, there was nothing to watch but 4 working channels. The breakfast included is not worth it… walk down to Galini, pay for breakfast but at least it’s worth it. Pool is tiny and only 4 lounge chairs. The property definitely needs to invest into an upgrade. Santorini is a hot tourist spot, you can’t rate yourself a 4 star and be barely a 3 star.

This is a bijou boutique hotel with amazing views of the Caldera. The room was small but had everything you needed and we had a lovely terrace with sun loungers and a table and chairs where we had our breakfast every morning. The breakfast you have to order from the pool bar/hatch every morning and is plentiful but little variety. There are no other facilities available such as a restaurant within the hotel but once you climb to the street there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a 15 minute stroll/walk along a lovely coastal path to Thira where you have many shops bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly and I would recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing stay.

GORGEOUS spot with dining and shopping steps away from the suites. Staff went BEYOND with service and kindness. Room was perfect, perfect temperature, great housekeeping services, and well-appointed. We had one of the largest rooms. Needs furniture but the view was simply incredible. Staff was really amazing. Stairs up and down a steep hill each day was a lot but this property is clean, well maintained and friendly.

This is definitely a nice spot to be in… the view is awesome and the hotel is close to everything…but that is all. The room is not up to date, shower drain is clogged, so disappointing. The breakfast was ok but served by a super nice person and kind. The others personal was not friendly nor really helpful. One had even difficulty to understand simple English words like rose wine … not impressed

This review is based on a 1 bedroom suite with jet spa. My partner and I stayed in a suite for two nights with another couple. The suite was very clean and the staff was amazing, however the suite itself is very outdated. There was a curtain separating the bedroom from the two twin size beds in the living room. The bathroom door was so old and outdated that it wouldn’t close and the shower head was hand held. We were initially very excited about the pool and the jet tub however the pool was small snd they only allowed 2 people in it at a time and the tub looked old. Despite all this the service was great, we got to enjoy great views and breakfast on the patio. Would still recommend it but keep in mind that it is not a luxurious unit.

The view is amazing! The hotel is walking distance from Thira downtown. Beware that there is a lot of steps, so if you have difficulties with walking its not your choice. The hotel staff takes your breakfest to your room, which you can eat private enjoying the breahtaking view. Recommend!!!

Overall a disappointing experience. The pictures of the hotel don't represent the once online. Pictures online are probably 5-10 years old and the hotel since then has not done much to keep up the maintenance. Bathroom wooden tops are all quilted up and some of the hot tubs have seen better days. Most disappointing was the breakfast. The hotel used the Corona Virus as an excuse to cut corners on the quality of breakfast. Everything was served in plastic boxes resulting in stale scrambled eggs and more rubbish than a Mcdonald's meal. Even after requesting a glass, I was provided with the excuse it was not COVID save, while clearly the staff was too lazy to wash the glasses. Housekeeping was introduced as 'optional and on request', but even after requesting it 3 times during our stay, bedding sheets were not swapped. And late check-out was also not possible "due to Covid-19" - but room was cleaned within 60min and stayed empty from 12:00 - 17:00 afterwards. I beleive these are challanging times for everyone and I appreciate that the hotel is doing extra steps to prevent the spread of the virus. But in this example the main motivation looked more like cutting corners and savings costs instead of stop spreading the virus. Pro: The view is spectacular, Area Con: Breakfast, Service, Housekeeping, Overall Exprience. There are plenty of hotels and suites next to this one who do great service. We would not come back

I Fantastic location, easy access to Thira and all points north. Views over the caldera are to die for. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Lots of care and attention taken to keep the property, and all fixtures and fittings clean, washed down and any potential viral exposure eliminated. Easy access to cafe bars and restaurants in Firostefani. Don’t pay any attention to the reviews talking about excessive number of steps down to reception and the pool come loungers area. Perfectly manageable - good exercise. Room was a bit dated but fine for me. I had 111 below the Mylos bar windmill which happened to be shut. Probably a bit noisy in 111-113 if that restaurant is open but it wasn’t. So nice and peaceful for my stay. Comfortable double bed, separate single out me up and a table to sit at. Fridge for your cool drinks. Not a massive bathroom but perfectly adequate for me.
