Lindo hotel muy agusto tranquilo no lujoso pero muy digno, a una cuadra de donde empieza todo el ambiente en Fira, aun en zona muy tranquila y con un supermercado justo enfrente de la puerta principal

Muy buena ubicación, buen hotel.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro de Fira a dos cuadras del terminal de buses, donde se puede ir a cualquier parte de la isla fácilmente. La decoración y el ambiente del hotel muy buenos. La atención del personal también muy buena. Cómoda piscina y bar al su lado. El desayuno podría mejorar y el tamaño del baño era muy pequeño y tal vez se podría aislar un poco el ruido del pasillo.

Me encontré con un hotel que no era de 4 estrellas como anuncian. La habitación no tenía hidromasaje ni siquiera bańera, sólo una ducha que apenas uno entraba en el cuadradito que ocupaba y eso que la nuestra era una suite. Tampoco tenía batas ni pantuflas como muestran en las fotos. No nos recibieron ni con frutas ni vino ni nada, como dicen en el anuncio. Las habitaciones tenían una decoracion que le faltaba mantenimiento y antiguas. En fin fue desepcionante! El desayuno pobre, no ofrecía ni una fruta

Hotel Centrico
Fue una sorpresa que un hotel promocionado en la pagina de Hoteles.com como con habitaciones con" terraza para relajarse mirando el mar", tenga vista al frente a la pared posterior de un supermercado, y al fondo con gran esfuerzo pueda verse el mar a varios kilometros. La habitacion era de un mobiliario pobrisimo antiguo y extremadamente basico. Puede decirse que no cuenta con television dado que un aparato de TV de 14 pulgadas antiguo con 3 o 4 canales griegos (posiblemente de TV gratuita). En suma un hotel de 2 estrellas. El hotel cuenta con un muy amable personal.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was convenient with all the amenities and restaurants and parking nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were guided well to rent a car which came at the hotel doorstep as organized by hotel staff. We will go back again when given a chance.

Location was good, staff were helpful and friendly. Good choice at breakfast. However the rooms were very basic, very little storage. Felt like you were in a cave, not luxurious. Bathroom was small and the shower had no screen or curtain so when you had a shower the whole room was soaking wet, nothing to mop the water up with, making it Slippery and dangerous. Expensive for what it is

We had a fabulous stay at Kalisti hotel. The hotel is beautiful and even nicer than the photos, the staff are very helpful and attentive. It’s in a great position right around the corner from the bus station which helps you to easily see the island. Breakfast in the morning is very nice and has a wide range of products. The manager made us feel very welcome and was alway present around the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Went island hopping and stayed at 5 different hotels. This was the worst. I would stay in Oia instead ifvi came again. The area surrounding is very busy and dirty. We got to the hotel at 1:30 and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3:30. We had to leave our suitcases and bags in the hallway reception where anyone walking by in the hotel could access them. All the other hotels offered early check-in but they made us wait. We walked around town for 2 hours and returned at 3:25 and asked if we could check in. The girl at the front desk asked us to wait 5 more minutes. We stood in the empty lobby for 5 minutes until a group of about 15 people arrived. They walked up to the front and began checking in and receiving room keys while we continued to stand and wait. I finally went up to the front and told the girl who asked us to wait 5 min (this was about 15 min later) that we’d like to get our key. Our bags were already in our room so I’m not sure why she asked us to wait in the first place. They sent us down to the first floor (room 108) even though our room was supposed to be a “deluxe balcony” room. We were right around the corner from the staff work closet. All night long we heard the staff going up and down the stairsI The room had terrible ventilation and the air conditioner barely worked. The fact that the room was clean was the only saving grace. It was stuffy and literally felt like living in a cave. Every time you leave the hotel you have to leave your room key at the f

BAGS ARE KEPT SAFE AT NEAR OUR RECEPTION AND HAND LUGGAGE CAN BE STORE CLOSE TO OUR RECEPTION TOO WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM AT ALL FROM ALL OUR GUESTS . PLEASE NOTE THAT BAGS WAS DILIVER TO YOUR ROOM JUST BEFORE 5 MINUTES BEFORE CHECK IN BUT THE FLOOR WAS WET AND THATS WHY THE LADY INFORMED YOU TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 MINUTES TO GET DRY THE FLOOR WHILE YOU CAN NOT WALK IN WITH A WET FLOOR INSIDE THE ROOM . ACCORDING TO MY RECORDS YOUR ROOM WAS CORRECT AND A/C WAS WORKING PERFECTLY WHILE ALL OUR ROOMS HAVE VERY GOOD VENTILATION ELECTRIC OR WINDOWS EVERYWHERE . I initially liked the service at this property but on my last day, I inadvertently left my hats at the front desk. When I called the hotel to see if my hats could be returned to me at the airport, which was literally 15 minutes away, I was informed there were no drivers available. I just felt like there was absolutely no concern or regard for my property. They didn’t even bother to call or email me to let me know that I left my hats. Will definitely not return to this hotel.

Overall property is adequate at a great location. We stayed four nights in two rooms. Details… Bartending staff is fantastic around the pool they get an A+. Regarding noise level in the hotel, the staff required an unrealistic amount of silence after 8 p.m. which is completely unreasonable. The irony of this is that they allowed some individuals to host parties and proceed to scream in the hallways until 4 am. Housekeeping was very attentive after my air conditioning leaked... but they also don't replace glasswear daily. Breakfast was adequate. If you're looking online at the amenities and see the hot tub option, completely disregard that due to the fact that it is a cold tub. Overall, it's a great location, but they have some details to work on.

Kindly note that at the corridors of the hotel we have signs mentioning clients to be quiet at the most hours of the day while without knowing at any time of the day a client maybe be sick and need to sleep during his holiday . We do respect the guests that want to have piece of mind during their holidays and we try always the hotel to be quiet but being noisy sometimes is out of our hand . For sure we do not allow during the night hours or even 4 am to be someone noisy at the hallways or even inside the rooms to disturb neighbors . Please note that our public hot tub is always hot while during your stay there was a power cut offs due to weather condiitons in santorini while the power industry & equipment is not a new one . We had a very good stay in Kalisti. Room was big with nice sun facing balcony. The things which stand out for us to were: friendly staff, nice location and good breakfast.

Enjoyed a lovely week in Kalisti hotel. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful, organising a few outings for us with no fuss or trouble. Breakfast was very good, bar service very friendly, pool was lovely and we liked our room a lot, having everything we needed. Only two slightly negative things to say:- 1) The evening we arrived we were put in a different room and moved the next day. We were told it was an upgrade but wasn't really and the second room was much better. 2) on our last day we had a late flight. Again staff were really helpful but I think facilities for perhaps a public shower would be very useful.

Overwall, our stay at Kallisti was amazing with the exception of water shortage. We didn’t have water in our room in the morning for one day. Also, the “Free” bottle of wine was a already opened bottle refilled with wine lol.

The location was perfect. It was a walking distance from the Acropolis and from Plaka. A lot of restaurant and cafe very close by. The rooftop has an amazing view on the acropolis. The pool is on the rooftop and breakfast is served also on the rooftop. The buffet for breakfast is delicious and you can find any king of food you want ( French pastry, fruits, cheeses, yogurt hand granola etc….) I would highly recommend this hotel.

My first time in greece, found the hotel last minute, it was nice and very clean, the bathroom was a cramped in with the toilet. So when you shower the toilet gets wet too, my airconditioner also wasn't cooling. But i was barely in there and the weather at night was cool enough that i didn't remember to complain. It was a nice hotel and not too far off from the center

Dear Mutual guest we really appreciate your review and we will consider your opinion . Kindly note that the style of our bathrooms throught all our photos is minimal without any water protect from the shower although your room was an executive suite which means big size of bathroom . Kindly note that the abrupt change of electricity voltage from the public energy supplier of the island cause problems to every hotel and every a/c all over the island during every season . This is a last minute problem that is not in our hands while usually the problem can not be fixed in one day from any technician in the island due to the cold power unit of the a/c that its power is reduced by this voltage change. This phenomenon is usuall in our island all period . We where really happy for your review and your accomodation with us and wish to accomodate you again to the near future .
