Great Hotel!
Everything was great, the only down was that they didn’t offer breakfast. However there was a nice restaurant in front if the Hotel that did. The Hotel has a vintage style which makes you feel like in Old Savannah, that was great!

Property is boutique style with beautiful rooms and high ceilings. The old floors are incredible! Lots of construction in the area though which prevents you from sleeping in.

The overall history and preservation of the building is fabulous. Staff is very friendly and warm. Great perks with the stay, discounts off dining options, snacks and drinks for the room and my favorite touch, robes for that homey feel. Location is great, right across the street from River St. Would absolutely stay here in the future!

The East Bay Inn is located in a preferred location for those visitors interested in visiting the waterfront as well as walking for visitors interested in walking the city. The East Bay Inn employees were all so friendly and kind. The room wad well sized and with comfortable amenities. We were so excited for our stay, started off good then we had a medical emergency and the staff was horrible stating they would not help us and we were not eligible for a refund. We hadn’t even unpacked our bags or used the room at all. Expedia was wonderful and even contacted the Inn on our behalf. but The East Bay Inn could have cared less. The East Bay Inn cares only about the almighty dollar and not their guest.

It is regrettable to hear you had to deal with such an emergency during your stay. To be clear though, our staff did not refuse to help. We simply reiterated Expedia's cancellation policy and mentioned that they are responsible for your refund as they are the company you paid. Ultimately, you did stay in the room overnight and checked out the next day. Between two conflicting stories of a immediate medical emergency and a family emergency elsewhere, we tried to manage the circumstance as best we could. I truly hope your family is well. Wonderful experience for the weekend with our Golden Retrievers! The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. There were so many sweet surprise amenities, even for the pups. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and charming. Great location too. Would definitely stay again!

You didn't go to Savannah to eat at McDonalds. Don't go there and stay at the same-ole typical hotel. You know the typical hotel... walk in the door, a bathroom and closet off to the side. Past that is the main room with the bed(s) and a window against the back wall. So typical and so boring. This place is unique, charming and exactly what "Savannah" is. Walkable to everything and most important of all, it's something as memorable as the city itself.

I really loved my stay. The historic feel but with modern conveniences. I loved how bottled water was available in your room as well as the front desk which was a plus for all the walking I did. The concierges were so knowledgeable-every place they suggested was perfect!

Older boutique hotel well located in Historic District. Staff was friendly, helpful, and premises in very good condition. Parking was limited and, as a result, not always on-site. Room was good size and nicely appointed with period furnishings, but the noise level was affected by hotel's location on main road and creaky wood floors.

I absolutely loved staying at the East Bay Inn. The staff was so welcoming and amicable. The front desk agent, I can't believe I don't recall her name, but she was very friendly and provided us great recommendations. Our room was very neat and nice decor, although it was a little dustier than I would've liked, but still very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here! I would book again with them. Also, we did not get to experience any paranormal activity in our stay (unfortunately), as it is known to be one of the hotels in Savannah with a lot of activity, but maybe next time!

Staying in the middle of the Historic district was perfect. East Bay Inn was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and the room was very charming and it felt like I went back in historical time. Convenient to parks, eats and good wine. A bit pricey but worth every penny of it. Loved it!

Laurie made us feel at home. She was super nice and went beyond her normal duties to make sure we were happy. We were on our Honeymoon, so we wanted everything perfect and it was. Oh, and when we arrived, there was a nice gentleman that greeted us and offered to help with our luggage. Loved it!

Very unique hotel, a little quirky, but in a good way. Super helpful, friendly staff. Clean, with comfortable beds and extra seating. Our room had a sofa and chair. There is construction nearby, that starts at around 7:30 am.

Beautiful room with lots of space. (It was a bit noisy outside on Friday night, but the hotel provides ear plugs, so is was not an issue.) The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was convenient for walking to the many activities we'd scheduled. I would highly recommend.
