“Good air conditioning. Short walk to the beach and the community-shared pool and hot tub. Plenty of rooms and beds. Unfortunately the private pool is like a cold plunge. Even in the dead of summer it's probably as cold as one of those above ground pools without a heater. Unusable. Vacasa, the house's management company, was very rude on the phone when I called to say we were at the house 1 hour before check in and would like to get in.
