El Hotel Barceló Tiram en Naqb Bay no se podría considerar un hotel 5*. Puntos desfavorables: - Comida del restaurante buffet muy mejorable y bastante deficiente. Incomparable a otros hoteles de la misma cadena Barcelo en otros paises. - Limpieza del restaurante buffet muy mala. Los empleados no limpian las mesas cuando cambian de comensales. - Los dos restaurantes a la carta que existen en el hotel consisten básicamente en un menu cerrado. No se puede elegir nada a la carta. - No se cumplen las normas de prohibir ir en bañador y descalzo por las zonas comunes interiores del hotel (algunos huespedes comen descalzos y en bañador en el restaurante buffet). - Demasiados rusos hospedados en el hotel. Puntos favorables: - Amplitud de las habitaciones. - Instalaciones exteriores del hotel (piscinas, pistas de football, tumbonas, sombrillas...) - Proximidad a la playa.

Nice hotel. Some parts a bit worn. Pool and beach area are great. Beds a bit hard. Taps and shower not working the best. Staff were great. Very helpful and attentive. Tipping is obviously expected. People selling the services can get a bit much. Especially the beauty salon guy. Trying to sell a bald man a haircut and nails.

We had an amazing stay. Although the property is a bit outdated the atmosphere overall was fantastic. Very pleasant and engaging staff, wonderful facilities , food was good also but it could do with more varieties. Sharm is amazing and we looking forward to go back.

Chambre avec fuite d eau signalé au debout séjour mais jamais réparé, donc pieds mouillés tout le temps.j ai besoin d un taxi ils t obligent prendre le service limousine ou marcher 1 km à pied. J ai envoyé un mail le jour avant arriver pour commander le transport airport-hotel , j attend encore la réponse. Tu te fais harceler par les vendeurs de service de spa, voyage, coiffeur sans repi. La seule chose qui marche bien c est la gentillesse des animateurs et de la fille du baby club et disco enfant. Bref pour un barcelo j airai cru vraiment mieux Panorama top

Barcelo was an amazing hotel to stay at in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were very warm and generous. They consistently went the extra mile to make my partner and I feel welcome. I celebrated my birthday here and as soon as Basem found out, he arranged a little cake with a candle and the staff sang as well for me. I would definitely recommend. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and especially Mostifa, Basem, Hassar and Mahmoud at the restaurant and bar. We spent a week here and at the end we did not want to leave! Hope to be back soon.

Wonderful long stay!
今回は70日間、リモートワークをしながら滞在しました。 残念な点もあったもののトータルの評価としては大満足の95点です。 特にクリスマスからハッピーニューイヤーにかけてのレストランメニュー(ランチ・ディナー両方)はとても素晴らしく、キューバ歌手やアルゼンチン舞踊団を招いてのショーはとても楽しかったです。 プライベートビーチもNabq保護公園に位置していて、ビーチエントリーからのシュノーケリングで無数の魚と珊瑚礁を楽しめます。 また併設されたダイブセンターBlue Planetには多くのダイビングプログラムが用意されていて、特にプライベートボートでのダイビングは最高。 ややお値段ははりますが、自分たちのグループだけのプライベートだし、行きたいダイブスポットもリクエストできて、熟練ガイドのラマダンがその日の流れやコンディションを考慮してガイドしてくれます。幸運にもハナゴンドウクジラの群れがいるとの情報を船頭さんがキャッチして遊覧してくれたりとプライベートならではのサプライズでした。 ホテルスタッフもみなフレンドリーで優しく、いつもちょうどいい距離感で気遣ってくれました。 最初の頃はビーチやプールサイドでのエステなど客引きにうんざりしたけど、行きたい時には自分から行くからとハッキリ断ってからはもう言ってこなくなり、勧誘ではなく自然に会話できるようになりました。こちらの意志をハッキリ伝えれば、何の問題もなく付き合えます。 レストランでも長期滞在の私たちが飽きないようにとパスタを毎日、味変してくれたモハメッドさんなど、70日間もいたので、ここには書ききれないほどたくさんの素敵な思い出があります。 バルセロの全員にありがとうと伝えたいです。 こちらのホテルは高級ホテル過ぎず、でもスタッフも施設もサービスも料理も素晴らしい、プチ贅沢なホテルです。 美しい紅海のシャルムを楽しみたいなら超オススメです。 最後に特にお世話になった友達たちへ Special thanks to Restaurant: Pasta Mohamed, Manager Bassem Bar: Kamer Reception: Ali Said 素敵な滞在をありがとう!

Wonderful Christmas!
The facility is a little old, but the housekeeping was well cleaned. I was able to have a comfortable stay. Especially, the meals from Christmas to New Year were wonderful every day, and the buffet at the main restaurant was also rich in variety. Every food was very luxurious and delicious. Also I really enjoyed sweets and wonderful cakes lined up. The warm sea with coral reefs was able to swim until the end of the year except on windy days and I really enjoyed a lot of beautiful fish. There are some areas that you cannot enter in order to protect the coral reefs, but there is no problem because you can swim from the swimming area. I think the staff's attitude to protect the coral reefs is a wonderful initiative to protect the environment. The animation team during the Christmas holidays was also great and we enjoyed a special show every day. They were all always smiling and friendly, especially Miss Aigerim were always friendly with her nice smile, which made us always happy. Thank you for your wonderful stay!

施設はやや古いが部屋は広くて快適。 ロビーバーのテラスやプールサイドのサンベッドも清潔で快適。 <最高評価> ホテルはNabq Bayの一番北端にあって手付かずの景観や珊瑚礁を楽しめる。 <マイナス評価> スパの男性スタッフの勧誘が失礼で執拗。 すでに10回はNo thanksと断っているが、ビーチやプールサイドで会うたびに毎回、勧誘してくる。 断っているにも関わらず「なぜマッサージを受けないのか?」「ホテルに支払った宿泊代はいくらか?」「100ドルぐらいは持っているだろう?」ととても失礼。 彼にはスタッフ教育が不足していると感じたため、私はレセプションに不満を伝えて、もう二度と私を勧誘しないよう教育してほしいと依頼しました。 しかし、レセプションスタッフは私に自分でスパへ行って、自分で女性マネージャーに不満を伝えるよう返答するのみで問題を解決しようとするホスピタリティは一切感じられなかった。 Mr. Ali がレセプションにいた時はとても親身になってこちらの要望を聞いてくれたが、今のスタッフは事務作業だけをしていてカスタマーサポートを期待できない。 レストランやバー、清掃スタッフのほとんどが素晴らしいだけに、ホテルの顔であるレセプションスタッフにホスピタリティが欠けていることは残念に思う。

ひと月の滞在を終えて2ヶ月目がスタート。 今ではほとんど全てのスタッフとも仲良くなり、みなさんが親切にしてくれます。 特にレストランのパスタシェフのMohamedは長期滞在の私たちを飽きさせないために味わいの違うパスタを提供したいと毎日、努力してくれます。 とても素晴らしい親切なホスピタリティの持ち主です。 また、新しいハウスキーパーMohamedの清掃はとても律儀で素晴らしい。(3F担当) 先月までの担当者はあまり清掃に向いていないようで、シャワールームの清掃はこちらがリクエストしなければしてくれませんでした。 新しい担当者Mohamedのおかげで快適に滞在できているのでサービス評価を五ツ星にアップしました。 すべてのスタッフにありがとう。

施設はやや古いが部屋は広くて快適。 ブッフェ料理はバリエーション豊富で洋食メインなため日本人にも食べやすい。 無愛想なスタッフが2割ぐらいいて気分を害することもあるが、フレンドリーでナイスなスタッフの方が多い。 <マイナス評価> ・プールサイド/ビーチでの勧誘が頻繁で鬱陶しい ゆっくりリラックスしたいが、毎日4,5人がスパやマッサージなどへ入れ替わり立ち替わり勧誘してくる 一度断っても翌日には同じ繰り返しで疲れる。 ・ハウスキーピングが雑で直接リクエストしないとシャワーの排水溝の掃除もしない (終盤で担当が代わって非常に素晴らしくなった) 次回の評価では五つ星をつけたいと思う。 ・スタッフによってはチップのおねだりが激しい。 人間としての品位に関わることだから悲しい。 総合的には満足だが、五つ星ランクと価格を考慮すると三つ星評価が妥当でしょう。

We stayed at Barcelo for our honeymoon and it was lovely! The food was great and the beach is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and we were welcomed with a lovely cake! although it did take a couple calls to get toothpaste brought to us, we were sent a fruit plate as an apology for the tardiness!

The view was great, it was nice to have coffee and look out onto the water. We had several issues in our room (outlets not working, toilet leaking, and a very slow draining sink). After 4 phone calls and going down to the registration desk twice, some came a fixed two outlets and said someone else would be by to fix the rest, nobody ever came back. We spent the whole week constantly mopping up the bathroom floor, making sure we didn't overflow the sink just by washing our hands, and constantly switching things that needed to be plugged in into the only two working outlets. The staff was not friendly or helpful with these issues.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, nella maggior parte delle camere ricevono il segnale wifi che funziona molto bene anche dalla spiaggia e dalla zona piscine. Le camere sono curate e spaziose, vengono pulite quotidianamente, ogni giorno vi viene lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua, i prodotti e gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti tutti i giorni. La spiaggia e le piscine sono tenute bene, con lettini molto confortevoli. Il mare è molto bello e la barriera corallina a pochi metri dalla riva. Gli addetti alla reception sono molto disponibili e gentili. L'animazione e le attività proposte nell'hotel sono molto scarse. I ristoranti e il personale che ci lavora (tolto quello sulla spiaggia consigliato a pranzo) sono di livello molto basso. I bar funzionano bene ma con prodotti di bassa qualità, anche qui il personale non è sempre disponibile e professionale. La SPA ha un costo molto alto per il servizio che viene reso (jacuzzi con acqua fredda e funzionanti ad intermittenza, non tutti i massaggiatori sono professionali). In linea di massima un'esperienza piacevole ma non al livello delle strutture della catena nel resto del mondo.

Barceló group normally is sinonimous of quality but not in this case . Barceló tiran Sharm is one of the latest hotel to be builded but is look like very old infrastructure cause nobody is taken really care. ROOMS: generally are very well cleaned just if you complain and give money to the housekeeper. FOOD RESTAURANT: food quality is just standard but not a factor, but what is a factor is that some of the people working there are really uncomfortable serving you the food specially at the meat area, looks like they want to give you the minimum. FOOD SWIMMING POOL: very bad food and always the same, but people at the kitchen are very nice and polite. ICE CREAM: After you pay 2000 and more euro for 11 days and ALL INCLUSIVE 24H , they sell to you the ice cream for 1USD..is not acceptable beside the ice cream is really very bad quality.. 3 to 4 pm free causing cue and my son can t wait this time to get it free.. DRINKS: So this is not really all inclusive but they give you just what they want...as you have to pay also for Red bull. Not fresh juice just little bit of siroup mixed with a lot of water causing pain in the stomac and the same apply for the soft drinks, not real coca cola, or sprite or orange but some fake drinks mixed with a lot of water. BEACH: not well maintained and Dirty, crowdy if you don t get up early no places. KIDS AREA: very dangerous, broken slides; and many sharp and broken items can hurt badly anyone

Es wären vorallem im Bad und Poolbereich (kleiner privatpool) renovierungen notwendig. Die Fugen bedürfen einer Erneuerung. Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Da es nicht am Hauptpool lag, war es auch ruhig. Allerdings ist es recht hellhörig. Der Service im Restaurant und an den Bars ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich müsste unbedibgt renoviert werden, hier sind viele Fugen und Fliesen defekt. Die übrigen Gäste waren fast ausschließlich aus Russland, Ukraine etc., andere Deutsche haben wir nur 2 gesehen.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. They staff was very friendly, all spoke English well, everything was clean and well cared for and the buffet food was always good. The only negative about this stay was no room WiFi but you can get WiFi in the lobby for free
