Resaltar la limpieza y toda la amabilidad del personal. Comida muy aceptable también. Para poner algo que podrían mejorar es hacer un acceso a Naama Bay, ya que aunque está cerca tienes que ir en coche, el hotel tiene shuttle en horas concretas. En general muy bien. Me he alojado en diferentes hoteles de Sharm y este lo recomiendo. Seguro que volveré. Estancia muy agradable.

Excelente experiencia!
Viajamos a finales de Julio a SSH y nos alojamos en Stella di Mara 9 noches. Es la tercera vez que vamos a SSH. SIn duda el mejor hotel con diferencia que nos hemos alojado en SSH, los demas tambien eran de 5 estrellas. El servicio en todos los niveles, la limpieza, situacion, barrera de coral para hacer snorkling, etc por el precio merece bien la pena. La atencion continua del personal, sin agobiar. Los detalles en todo momento, en la playa, Pola y Hany pendientes de nuestras bebidas, chico de amacas continuamente atento, rociando con agua perfumada, limpiando las gafas, ofreciendo fruta... Con TI 5 piezas por persona de lavandería a la semana. Te devuelven la ropa como si estuviera recién comprada... fue mi cumpleaños y decoraron la habitación y regalo de tarta sin haber dicho nada. EN el Spa, una maravilla, especial mención a Hagar y a Islam, durante una semana nos dieron el mejor tratamiento y nos hicieron reir un rato también, Mohamed el comercial, también muy dispuesto y siempre atento a nuestro bienestar. En el restaurante, los camareros siempre atentos a que todo estuviera perfecto. Esto no es queja, pero si curiosidad, por la decoración de madera y por su aspecto tan formal parece más un hotel de ciudad que de playa. Choca un poco subir con el bañador y pareo y pasar por la recepción tan formal. TIene Shuttle gratuito a Naama bay todo el dia. Con lo único que estuvimos un poco decepcionados fue con la empresa de buceo y excursiones que tiene oficinas en el mism

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING PARADISE
This is an outstanding hotel, just feet away from a reef, with their own scuba diving school, food is great and staff is INCREDIBLY NICE. I love this place and can't wait to visit here again. Thank you eveyrone who made my stay so wonderful and impecable.

Excelente hotel. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para gozar de la estadía en Sharm El-Sheikh: ubicación (en un extremo de Naama Bay), vistas, comodidad de la habitación, espacios comunes amplios y bien decorados, zona de piscinas perfectamente distribuidas entre áreas para familias con niños y para el resto de los huéspedes, entretenimientos, wi-fi de alta velocidad, limpieza, servicios generales (incluido el transporte gratuito hacia/desde el centro de la ciudad) y, especialmente, la atención de todo el personal.

El Hotel es excelente. Es muy bonito y el personal es bastante respetuoso y atento! Tiene una playa privada y varias piscinas. Esta cerca de Namma Bay pero un poco lejos caminando. hay un shuttle que sale cada 2 hrs. si no un taxi vale $4. Recomiendo este Hotel mucho!

AMAZING place. Stayed there for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff are amazing, they literally go above and beyond. They do anything to keep guests happy and are always offering to help. The lifeguards are great, I got a cut on my foot while I was swimming in the sea and they took care of it for me. They cleaned and dressed the wound and gave me extra bandages for when it needed changing. The food was great, with so many things to choose from. Love the fact you can eat inside the restaurant or out on the terrace. Loved the pool bar, we spent some good times there. The entertainment is okay, nothing special but typical I think. We are already missing that place and will definitely be going back. The only other annoying thing to note is the people with the shops on the 3rd floor are quite pushy and try VERY hard to get you to purchase their goods. All areas are kept well and very clean. The gardener is constantly working and the guys at the pool clean it throughout the day. The snorkelling is amazing. The water is crystal clear and you can see the fish without going too far out. You are able to rent snorkelling gear and life vests if needed for just $2 for the entire day. The views are amazing and I could write so much more. 10/10

Enjoyed a very pleasant holiday at the Stella di Mare in Sharm el Sheikh. The hotel has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is of an ok standard, there are two nice swimming pools, lots of places to sunbathe, swimming and snorkelling off the house reef. Thankfully not too many children, which was also a bonus!

My partner and I have Just arrived back from an excellent two week stay at the Stella Di Mare. The hotel is stunning with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding area. The staff were amazing. Always smiling and polite. They couldn’t do enough to help you. Food was good and there was always something to eat. The two A la carte restaurants were also very good. The hotels location was excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel

While the room we were upgraded to had a nice view but the furniture is old and dusty. Room service was amazing however, he tried his best and succeeded at helping making up for check in process. Room key was not working for first one and a half hour and should not took that long to fix. All inclusive is a must at this property. Download an app called “indrive” to get around because the hotels will always charge you triple the rate. Food was decent, the bar by the beach was the worst, not clean at all, and service was absolutely awful there. I went there the first thing but I never went back.

CONS: lots of stairs if you have mobility issues for beach area. £1.59 for quality ice cream even though we were premier all inclusive customers beach towels are chargeable ($50 ) if mislaid or left accidentally somewhere- its ridiculous wifi is 9.7 mbps which is very poor only TWO useful sockets in rooms - inadequate taxi service from hotel lobby, RIP-OFF PROS: staff were awesome food and beverages- awesome hotel lobby- awesome rooms with beach view -awesome entertainment - awesome very quiet and peaceful after 9:30 pm- awesome location from airport- awesome

Staff were fantastic! Mohamed Hesham head waiter at dinner was great! Great attention to detail, great service Mohamed at the pool bar was also great making different drinks and providing great conversation Bishoy at the pool bar was also fantastic Mina Tawfik was also great at breakfast and dinner! Mena at reception was a life saver when needing business services to be done at the hotel. Overall the staff is fantastic and these were just some of the few people and the highlights of them The property and amenities were great, clean and had fun looking towels on the bed daily. Great view from the hotel on the bay side Entertainment team was much better than previous year and was a good step up towards the evening entertainment

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Some of the staff are very warm and welcoming. In particular the staff at Le Scogliera oriental restaurant. The diving centre is excellent and our instructor Hamiz was simply amazing! The reason I gave it four stars overall is because the rooms are quite dated for a five star rated resort. Also only two swimming pools which makes it tricky to find empty pool chairs due to limited capacity. The food was very good but the lunch menus at the buffet felt a little repetitive. A special mention for the superb spread on Christmas eve. Location is fantastic and walkable from Naama Bay.

Friendly people, excellent service. The food is good, cooked breakfast is little too Russian for my taste. Lunch has a good selection. The a la carte menus are fantastic and the food cooked brilliantly.
