Hotel con buena relación costo-beneficio.
Vuestra publicidad en "Avisos importantes" es engañosa y tiende a confusión, ya que el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto no es propio del hotel, ni es gratuito.

Excelente hotel ubicado a lado de Hyde Park
Me encantó el hotel y la atención fue excelente!! Ahora se encuentra en remodelación y sólo hay un elevador lo cual esperas un poco pero quedé encantada. Además que parece que las habitaciones también las están remodelando y a nosotros nos tocó una nueva y todo muy limpio y amplio. Altamente recomendable!!!

MAL SERVICIO, RUIDO Y FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO
comienzo por mencionar la muy amable actitud de las recepcionistas del turno matutino, sin embargo fuera de ello el resto de la experiencia fue bastante desagradable: i) el hotel estaba remodelando sus instalaciones de spa y alberca, aspecto que se hizo notar desde el momento de la resrevación, pero ello no implica que el hotel arrende las habitaciones contiguas al área de trabajo, donde la maquinaria hace imposible descansar a partir de las 7am; entiendo que no puedan detener los trabajo, pero nunca debieron ofrecer habitaciones sabiendo que no estan en condiciones de ofrecer confort al menos en el piso contiguo a las obras. ii) el segudo día pedimos limpieza desde que salimos en la mañana, pensando en volver a mediodía y no hicieron la limpieza, lo reportamos a las 2pm, y aseguraron que lo harían, pero al volver a las 9pm, no habian resuleto nada, y dijeron no contar con más personal para limpiar el cuarto, y que si queriamos toallas limpias bajaramos a recepción. iii) el elevador tuvo una descompostura, por lo que desoues de que los bomberos rescataron a las personas atrapadas, el resto de nuestra estancia tomaba hasta 10 minutos poder subir o bajar, por lo saturado y lento que estaba operando el elevador que se mantuvo en servicio. iv) en el cuarto 2 lamparas no funcionaban, lo que hacia dificil usar el baño o la cocineta... personalmente yo pude arreglar una ya que el problema es que la lampara estaba mal ajustada, pero el foco si funcionaba.

Un apartamento regular con servicio muy limitado
Recomiendo el hotel por su localización, que es excelente, y solamente si se logra una rebaja considerable en la estadía a través de Hoteles.com, porque definitivamente no le daría 4 estrellas a este hotel. Por la información de Hoteles. com no entendi que estuviera contratando un apartamento (que realmente no necesitaba) con servicios muy limitados. El pequeño apartamento que tuve no estaba muy bien mantenido y su limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. Ofrecía controles para el aire acondicionado y para la TV, pero no pude lograr que me los proporcionaran en 3 dias que estuve allí, de modo que despues de llegar cansadisima de tratar de conocer Sydney, debía levantarme para prender y apagar la TV y ajustar la temperatura de la habitación en medio de la noche. No es fácil desayunar porque el hotel no tiene un restaurante que proporcione desayuno.

The building is in a good location but it is really old and in need of maintenance/refurbishment. We stayed for 3 nights/ 4 days and incredibly didn’t include daily room clean and only got toiletries enough for one person one night, when I asked in reception they said minimum 1 week stay qualifies for room cleaning. So in the end had to go to reception everyday to get soap/shampoo/towels Separate lift access card to the room key and they get damaged easily, again requiring a trip to reception. They have spa, sauna and pool but spa was not working and sauna looked a bit in bad shape and sauna amenities quite dirty. Only positives, location in front of Hyde park and near museums, and view from roof top pool.

Not enough cutlery and crockery, curtains terribly dirty and stained, could not lock patio doors on first night and had to sleep worried about safety and no alternative room offered, patio furniture dirty and dusty and just so disappointed as we have stayed there many times over the years because of its convenience.

Comfortable, strong windows block car noise. Staff ok. Aircon/heating a bit hard as would not adjust so two lounge room windows open to let some air in while in the unit made it comfy. Would go back again. The view of part across the street was so nice.

The Property felt very run down, something that a lick of paint throughout the whole building would make a big improvement, cigarette burns in the curtains shows that the rooms can’t be inspected properly after each new customer. Just a general feel of grubbiness throughout. Pool and Spa wasn’t bad on the roof but even here scum marks around the water line.

Booked an 'executive' 2 bedroom apartment .... hmmm... nothing executive about it lol. Very standard 2 bedroom. Only 1 bathroom which was the size of a linen cupboard. Stated recently refurbished but I'd say that was more than 10 years ago. Many marks on walls and furnishings, curtains quite grubby. Kitchen was good. Beds comfy. Good location.

街の中心部でアクセスも良くどこへ行くのも便利だった。部屋も程良く広くキッチン付きで良かった。1/1はハウスクリーニングがなかった。 対応してくれたフロントスタッフは感じが良く、色々調べてくれた。少し古いが立地は最高。 ニューイヤー花火もファミリー花火は、ルーフトップのプールから見る事が出来てラッキーだった。

Very run down compared to Oaks I have stayed at in past. The corridors are very dirty. The A/C in the room struggled with the heat on the windows and throughout the night with the room door shut either hot or cold. The plus was the receptionist and the location. And $50 to park in a very tight confine........

Can't recommend this place. While the apartment was large and well cleaned albeit basic, the noise from outside busy streets and traffic was constant and unbearable. No double glazing on any windows and a bedroom on the corner of Liverpool and Oxford streets meant every night's sleep here was terrible. Get some noise suppression measures or double glazing people!

This hotel is in a beautiful location being nearby Hyde Park. It is an easy walk to the Museum train station and various bus stops. The gym, while limited with equipment, was clean and the machines looked brand new. The kitchenette was clean and well-stocked. The hotel just needs a bit of TLC, parts are starting to look a little worn out. One of our bath towels had a hole in it, some paint was chipped in the rooms and hallways. The swimming pool water was not clear, or appeared inviting.

Nice, but our room was unserviced during our stay and the shower never stayed hot. The shower kept going from hot to cold and this made having a shower unpleasant.

Location is ideal, directly opposite Hyde Park, short walk to Museum Station, Capitol Theatre, and plenty of restaurants. Ideal if you’re catching a train from Sydney airport. The hotel is old though and can seriously do with a touch up.

The room was a bit outdated but clean. Bed was comfy. Carpark pricing is was a bit expensive but overall was good
