Lo que más nos gustó fue su situación, el servicio y las instalaciones. Lo que menos me gustó fue el restaurante. Podría mejorar la variedad del buffet del desayuno y sobre todo el de la cena, que fue cara para su calidad y variedad.

When i arrived to the hotel in my car on sat 2pm, i told the hotel valet malay man that i need to do valet as the hotel carpark is full. He ignored my comments and told me to drive out and get into the carpark. However he allows a porsche car to park. When my family check out, my wife had the luggage bag and was waiting with my kids. I drove up to the lobby, and the same malay doorman ignored my wife and did not bothered to even asked if any assistance is required. It was a good staycation but destroyed by one bad attitude staff.

Loved the hotel, it’s halal buffet breakfast and they accommodated us in interconnected rooms as per our request. I will definitely come back to this same hotel whenever I visit Singapore again.

Unfortunately, after many stays at this Hyatt, they let me down. The hotel was under construction, and as a result their AC was not working well in the lobby and main restaurant. Singapore is HOT, not working AC is a problem.

Staffs were helpful and very kind. They even sent us a small cake for greeting our couples. Room was very clean. Bed and pillow was comfy enough to put me on a comma.

The room was spacious. Having two TVs allow us to watch different programs in the bedroom n living room separately. Bathroom had separate shower compartment n a toilet compartment. Nice!

Good but wish we new about the pool refurb.
Good sized room and great central location. The pool was being refurbished and we did not know in advance. Breakfast was too pricey.

Outstanding service book this again anytime
This was a great experience the hotel although slightly worn in places is undergoing a full renovation and assuming the staff don’t change will be an even more wonderful experience in future! The reason for this is down to the staff both the concierge team and reception were outstanding and went over and above normal customer service levels ( a special mention must also go to the Manager Parveen Kumar for superb service) I hope these reviews go back to the hotel as I am considering wring to the Hyatt executive about this excellent service.

Very disappointed
This hotel is under renovation and is not worth at all No bars no lounge no pool. Room er old. Breakfast very expensive quality is low And restaurant don't serve bacon. They should close this hotel

Very few or almost no sitting areas in the lobby to sit and meet with guests for business meeting. Very limited sitting at bar and had to be put on wait list to get a sitting. Your options are either stand & talk, or had to go out of hotel to have a business meeting. I would skip this hotel when in town for business. Family vacation, yes.

A ‘room only’ hotel!
I found out a day before my arrival that the hotel pool, gym and restaurant was closed and that the hotel was under renovations all day. I changed hotel because this situation was NOT disclosed on the booking website. I still had to pay for one night stay. A very disappointing experience!

Pleasant stay
The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff (both counter and housekeeping) were very accomodating. It was unfortunate we were unable to get a breakfast slot for both mornings when we were there (both 730am and 9am slots were full). Luckily there are options for us outside the hotel that were within walking distance. It was a good experience for us as a family for a short staycation.

Hyatt used to be very good some 10 years ago. The Hyatt I saw today seems to have lost all its charm. The service was bad. The quality of food at Breakfast was bad. I stayed in the suit, the furnishings were very dated and old. The club lounge was very basic in its facilities and food offerings. At 1.3k per night, the room was overpriced.

Good location, nice room but breakfast was bad
The service was good, knowing that it was my child birthday, the hotel arranged a complimentary cake for him late at night. The only thing was the breakfast buffet items were served cold.

Good stay mostly
Staff were excellent. Overall very good room, EXCEPT: sewage smell wafting up from the bathroom drains mid-morning until noon. Also the AC seemed not very responsive or consistent.

My Couple Stay
The trip was generally good with a few exceptions. 1) The room I was allocated to had a faulty wardrobe cupboard. The door could not be closed properly 2) The wooden path walking towards the pool area is worn out at some areas, I got a splinter stuck to my feet. The staff provided some basic support to try to remove the splinter. 3) The external part of the room windows are not cleaned, thus affecting our view of the surrounding areas.

Overall, enjoyable stay
Check-in was easy and FO staff was friendly. Lovely room really enjoyed my stay. Aircon was cold enough in the room. Bathroom was clean. But Bed is abit hard and moves easily when your partner moves, so may disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. Overall, still an enjoyable stay. However, the only troublesome thing was the parking. After 9pm, access to the carpark lift and entrance door is closed, so it’s quite troublesome to head out or come back late. You will need to park and walk a big round to the front entrance of the lobby to enter. The other thing is that they only gave 1 complimentary ticket per day. So if you have to go out multiple times for lunch/dinner or just to run errands, take note of this. Also, when I asked the reception for parking rates, the first staff told me she doesn’t have that information. The 2nd staff tried to find that rates for me but took a little longer. I suggest that Hyatt should have the rates on hand easily. They should have such information for guests available.
