Worst travel and stay experience
Worst stay experience. Even after telling multiple times to provide room with window, staff didnt changed the room for 5days. Worst travel experience. I asked to early check out i.e. checking out one day proior due to this issue, they told that no refund will be given .

Disappointing Room
1st time staying Ibis for my staycation. Very bad experience. Water was dripping severely from the toilet ceiling. Called the operator but they claim that it was the only room left. They cant do anything about it on the night I checked in. Therefore I checked out in a couple of hours as the noise of the dripping is too loud and cant comfortably use the toilet when the drip was directly above the toilet bowl.

Fine for one night
Front desk and checking in was nice enough, room was a lot smaller than expected (considering we upgraded to a king room) the bed was super lumpy and the bathroom facilities were also not great. It’s fine for a cheap one night stay, but I definitely wouldn’t stay for any longer then that.

Room was very small, hard to move around the bed. The shower unit is close to the toilet so hard to shower comfortably. the hotel is close to Vivo city which is great. Staff were efficient and helpful. One thing to note is the free wifi only gives you access for 24hrs. you need to sign in again everyday to use the wifi

全体的に良かった。冷蔵庫がない部屋でしたがセブンイレブンが一階に隣接しているので、あまり不便ではなかった。ただ、トイレとシャワーが一緒の部屋ではコバエを見かけたので、虫が嫌いな人は気になるかも。店員さんはとてもフレンドリーでUSSのチケットをお願いしたら10%割引で買えました。

Dear Hotel Guest, Yes, many guests had enjoyed their stay at Fragrance Hotel - Royal, as it is situated near to HarbourFront Cruise Terminal, where they can embark or disembark on their cruise journey at this port of call. Besides a 24hrs convenience store located in the property, there are a couple of eateries in the hotel vicinity, such as traditional Laksa Steamboat, a cafe serving Western Food and an Indian Restaurant, Lakshimi Villas Restaurant, which is considered one of the oldest Indian restaurants here in Singapore. Convenient to Sentosa/Vivo City but small.
We stayed in a "superior room" with a queen sized bed. The bed was a little short for a queen sized bed and the mattress was very hard. The room was barely large enough to accommodate us with our two suitcases. One suitcase blocked the desk area and wardrobe. The other suitcase sat in the all "hallway" between the shower and the bed. The shower/toilet was 4x4 600mm tiles square... You needed to undress and put your clothes on top of the towel rack to prevent them from getting wet. We found the AC struggled to keep the humidity at bay without making the room too cold. The room has no fridge. The hotel is easy walking distance to bus stops, Vivo City and MRT. Which was a huge plus. Overall I would only recommend this room for a solo traveler. It was just too small for a couple.

That said, many of them have been acceptable with the stay, given that they are usually out of the hotel spending the entire day in Sentosa Island and only returning to the hotel for rest at night.
