We did experience our Wi-Fi box overheating during your stay and we are very pleased to have had this replaced and are now back up and running. We apologize for any inconvenience. Tina, Thanks for the feedback and apologies that the room did not meet your expectations. We have ceiling fans in bedrooms and this is advertised in all our marketing so maybe you missed it when you did your research? We clean the apartments after every stay including the outside areas regularly and as its been our busy season with the warmer weather this sometimes attracts unwanted guests. Overall we hope that our service and location were enjoyable?
