reservamos por 2 noches del 23-25 de diciembre del 2023 lo único bueno que puedo decir es que está situado en un buen lugar y centrico , por otro en el cuarto LA CAMA MUY MALA EL CORCHON ES DE MUELLE Y SE SIENTEN TODOS TIENE UNIS PINCHOS A LOS LADOS QUE SI NO TIENES CUIDADO TE PUEDES SACAR SANGRE , MUY DURO Y INCÓMODO yo tuve que poner todas las almuadas a lo largo de mi cuerpo y dormir enésima de ellas , mi esposo el pobre no corrió con la misma suerte ya que no habían más , por otro lado en este hotel aceptan Perros y desafortunadamente en el cuarto de al lado tenían 2 Perros que no pararon de ladrar en toda la noche fueron 2 noches que se convirtieron en un infierno no se las deseo a nadie la verdad !! Me comuniqué desde el primer momento con los encargados del hotel y no hicieron nada hay una muchacha jovencita que está en el turno de la noche que te ignora por completo te dice que si a todo y no hace nada por arreglar el problema ,le pedí un top que se pone arriba de los corcho es de FORM y me dijo que no tienen le pido que me cambiara de cuarto y me dijo que no habían más habitaciones lo cual era mentira porque se vean las habitaciones por las ventanas que si estaban disponibles, la Verdad no lo recomiendo MUY MALO

Servicio de limpieza de habitaciones pesimo
Las habitaciones se encuentran muy bien presentadas y el servicio de recepcion igualmente bien, mi problema fue con el personal de limpieza de los cuartos, considerando que uno va a descansar luego de visitar la ciudad vienen a las 9:30 a limpiar les dijimos que retornaran mas tarde, salimos a las 10:30 de la habitacion y cuando regresamos a la 8pm la habitacion estaba con las camas sin tender, basura en los tachos y toallas del dia anterior. Fuimos a la recepcion y no resolvieron el problema

It was very far from Downtown , hard to find the entrance , and the receptionist was very aggressive and un respectful with me , I was the first ine doing check in , and she said wait 10 min, I was waiting on the waiting room until she tells me is ready and she never dis she checked in like 12 different costumers and finally I stand up and ask her if my room is ready because I was in a hurry and she took more than 30 min to attend me , then she called me Liar and started raising her voice , Very bad service and the keys were not working ,made them fix 2 times I was tired my feet were hurting and my family too, we had to wait for the woman to fix the keys and finally we got inside , the room smelled very strange but we were so tired we dicided not to say a thing . Never AGAIN

Es un hotel Bueno para una corta noche. Tiene piscina y parque para los niños. La recepcionista te atiene por fuera mediante un vidrio por el tema del coronavirus. Mi habitación no tenia microondas y solo tenia un jabon para el baño y otro para el lavamanos.

Horrible!! Me cobraron dos veces por el mismo servicio, y está siendo una odisea recuperar el dinero. Al llegar al hotel reservado a través de Hoteles.com y ya cargado a mi cuenta, la habitación no existía a mi nombre. Me tuvieron más de una hora al teléfono con atención al cliente y luego tuve que volver a pagar. Pero lo más increíble fue que : 3 días después, me cargan a la tarjeta por la misma habitación que había pagado cash .Algo muy increíble. Todavía no me han reembolsado el cargo. Nunca más utilizo los servicios de Hoteles.com

Too many Dogs! As we drove up to the room we were given there were two very large dogs Barking and jumping at the window of the next room. I got out of the car to see where the barking was coming from. Once I saw the dogs I went back to office and requested a different room which they did. Every time we went out there was someone walking another large dog. Free for pets up to 80 lbs two per room! Might be a Dog hotel. Would never stay there again

Plus it appeared some people were almost full time residents there so not sure if that was a thing. Bathroom had roaches and the tub/shower pan leaked so feet were constantly wet when entering to use the toilet. Stains on sheets and pillows too.
