Our room needed a bit or repair/maintenance. Also, HVAC was dirty and very dusty. Lastly, there was no more conditionner when we checked in.

We stayed for one night. Room was very nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Price was excellent. We paid 154 in Canadian funds. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Staff were friendly we will definitely stay again.

Paid $360 for 2 nights , very disappointed as I had stayed there a few times before sure has changed ,only have room service every 2nd day now so make your own bed ,clean your room yourself and garbage if you had take out garbage it remains in the suite ,we had difficulty with water in shower, no shampoo/conditioner or body wash as bottles were empty so we wet bought our own , towels changed every 2nd day I guess too but for what you pay ,breakfast was standard no issue place is under renovations not sure if I will return

I enjoyed my stay except for the shower not draining properly and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest . The beds were not the best comfort . I really enjoyed the continental breakfast nice selection and delicious . The staff was super friendly and helpful .the pool was amazing just wish it was monitored more couldn’t enjoy until later hrs when kid free . Overall I would say it’s a great hotel to stay at .

My friend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago; it was a lovely stay and the room was fairly clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and very kind too. Definitely would stay again.

Went for an overnight trip (US Shopping) with the family. The hotel, room, pool were great. The breakfast buffet was OK . I would stay there again!

I liked the room. The reception staff were very helpful. Unfortunately i found two cigarette butts near or under the phone. Staff came to clean it up but it was very disappointing.

I came in relatively late and was put in an upper floor with no one around - never heard a thing all night! Breakfast was good as usual at Hamptons, and I always appreciate the selection of teas.
