El lobby no esta mal pero la habitación es una decepción por lo antigua que es la decoración y muebles, viejos y sin diseño. No es, ni de lejos, un hotel de 5 estrellas. Lo único bueno, la ubicación.

La mejor opción en San Petersburgo.
Es uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado. Su recepción y lobby son imponentes, muy elegantes y cómodos. el personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial., así mismo el botones. La habitación es muy buena, tuvimos una suite con area de descanso separada (aunque no totalmente) de la sala. Baño muy amplo, y un pequeño baño sin duccha. Extremadamente confortable. Teníamos incluido con el alojamiento el desayuno que es espectacular y variado, así como la entreda ilimitada a un lounge (estilo salón de aeropuerto), para descansar, tomar una bebida, café o comer un snack.

Una grata sorpresa
Hotel con muy buena ubicación, en los Campos Elíseos de San Petersburgo Instalaciones cuidadas y una decoración muy elegante. El personal muy amable en general, aunque con algunos problemas con el idioma (eso hablando inglés). Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y muy bien equipadas (tv, mueble bar, secador, caja fuerte, incluso una plancha de pantalones muy útil). Albornoces y zapatillas incluidas entre los productos de cortesía. La " executive room" te permite acceso al "executive lounge", donde puedes desayunar y acudir a lo largo del día para beber, picar algo o acceder a Internet, sin cargo alguno.incluye el planchado de dos prendas por estancia. WiFi gratis en todo el hotel. Por poner alguna pega, no hay mucha variedad en el bufet, pero el resto lo compensa. Debo hacer mención especial a Eugenio (de recepción) que tuvo el detalle precioso de enviarnos una matrioshka estupenda.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación y todo el lobby y la parte a la entrada está remodelada, las habiataciones son viejas y pequeñas. Las camas no son tan cómodas.

Excelente ubicación, piezas necesitan remodelación
Me hospedé en una habitación ejecutiva que da acceso al lounge. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y no es ruidoso, el internet es gratuito y el de alta velocidad funciona muy bien. las habitaciones algo antiguas, pero ok. El lounge no tiene mucha comida, pero permite tomar un refresco y un snack a diversas horas. El desayuno está bien, nada memorable, pero para una corta estadía tiene lo básico para un buffet

Worst check-in experience ....
Had the worst check-in experience at this property. Totally stiff and unfriendly check-in staff. Never mentioned ahead that they require a PCR which is valid 48 hrs at check-in. Our flight was delayed and by the time we were checking-in it was at 49 hrs!! Didn't let us check-in at the least and told us to bring another PCR before they even let us in. Wouldn't cancel or refund as another 5-star property down the road were ready and more than accomdating to let us check-in at least and then go for a PCR. They have lost a loyal customer and never staying here again and neither recommending this property to anyone.

Fantastisk vistelse
Hotellet levde upp till våra förväntningar. Trevligt superiorrum, fantastisk frukost, jättefint gym och bra service. Enda vi kan klaga på är att det var lite varierande service från frukostpersonalen, de första var toppen men några glömde bort att komma med kaffet vi beställt, så vi fick påminna flera gånger.

good hotel with bad staff
everything is very good except the check in. it was vary bad and take very long time with out said sorry. bad behaviour of the staff. this was worst thing in st. Peters burg.
