Hotel muy razonable. Volvería
Esta frente al rio Moyka y muy cerca del Hermitage. El vecindario seguro. Los consulados de Japon y Holanda en la misma cuadra. Las jóvenes de recepción se esfuerzan por ayudar. La habitación es muy pequeña. Tiene abundante agua caliente. Difícil la internet. El desayuno es muy ruso, no piensen en un all inclusive caribeño. IGUAL YO VOLVERIA porque me sentí muy cómoda.

Muy buena ubicación, desayuno ok y nada más
Cuando llegamos la recepcionista nos dijo q tenía mucho trabajo y q debiamos dejarle los pasaportes por un par de horas para hacer el papeleo. Por supuesto me negué. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. El colchón y la cama pésimas, las sábanas eran más pequeñas q la cama.

VACACIONES EN SAN PETERSBURGO
EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN UBICADO, SE ENCUENTRA A PASOS DE VARIAS ATRACCIONES DE LA CIUDAD. EL DESAYUNO ES SURTIDO PERO PODRÍA SER MEJOR; SIN EMBARGO, ES MUY ACEPTABLE. LA LIMPIEZA EN LA HABITACIÓN ES MUY BUENA, SOLO LA CAMA ES MUY VIEJA Y NO ES COMFORTABLE PARA DORMIR. RECOMIENDO ALTAMENTE LA ESTADIA EN ESTE HOTEL.

Positive points: Easy access to all central locations by walking distance. Staff friendly and always helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Tasty basic breakfast. I recommended this cosy hotel. Negative points: (surely depend on room) purposely I choose and pay higher price for sauna apartment to enjoy cold nights out and worm in. But thru two days I was unable to use it and staff unable to fix it. Bathroom floor has underfloor heating, but switch at wall was broken, hence heating was out of order. And jacuzzi bath, one jet was ejected when we use it. I recommended to hotel to check regularly technical and electrical appliances if need update or fix them. So to me, I waist lots of money to pay for thinks I cant use it. Next time I will use ordinary room instead of fancy. But definitely I will come back to this hotel and enjoying time at St Petersburg.

Es lohnt eine Reise nach St. Petersburg. Auf bald.
Das Hotel liegt zentral und wir mussten kaum die Metro benutzen. Eremitage und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Reichweite. Der Service war sehr gut und alles war sehr sauber. Die Menschen in St. Petersburg sind sehr hilfsbereit und wir kamen auch ohne russische Sprachkenntnisse sehr gut zurecht.

Hôtel simple très bien situé
Excellente situation à quelques minutes à pieds de l'Ermitage et de la cathédrale St Sauveur sur le Sang Versé en bordure de canal. Excellent restaurant Géorgien Rustaveli juste à côté pour se repérer car il y a juste une petite plaque indiquant l'hôtel sur le portail. Entrée à chaque fois en sonnant afin que la réceptionniste l'ouvre. Bon accueil, le personnel à la réception parle un anglais très limité et utilise google traduction mais est très sympathique et essaie toujours de répondre aux demandes avec le sourire notamment en appelant un taxi. Chambres 11 et 13 pour 6 nuits orientées sur la cour, petites mais fonctionnelles. Doubles rideaux pas assez opaques et il fait quasiment jour dès 05h30 / 6h en août. A noter qu'il faisait très chaud dans les chambres et qu'il y avait un ventilateur à disposition alors que la météo était plutôt fraîche. La 11 est juste à côté de l'ascenseur et on l'entend à chaque fois. Quelques marches sont à monter au rez de chaussée pour accéder à l'ascenseur ainsi qu'aux 2 derniers étages. Attention aux personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer. Petit déjeuner simple mais qui a le mérite d'être compris. Bon rapport prix / situation / personnel

スタッフの方がどなたもが笑顔でとても親切でした。 片言のロシア語やおかしな英語にも忍耐強く応対してくれました。 友人から頂いた花束をいける花瓶をかしてくれたり、アイロンを使いたかったので片言のロシア語で聞きに行ったら、３階にアイロン台が設置してあることをジェスチャーを交えて教えてくれたり、安心して宿泊出来ました。次回もまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

We lost our train to go back to Finland because the receptionist told us that the taxis wouldn't take US Dollars! We had to go all the way to the bank, but also at the end the taxi arrived 30 minutes late and over charged us! He wasn't even an official taxi! And He accepted US Dollars so we didn't need to miss the train for going to the bank! I really liked the hotel, but the personal should be more careful on give bad advise to tourist and call false taxis that charge more than they should!

Жили в двухэтажном люксе с сауной и гидромассажной ванной. Конечно, это сложно назвать люксом, но за свои деньги неплохо. Сауна и ванна понравились, хотя ванна была не очень чистой. Главный недостаток отеля - отвратительная шумоизоляция. Будьте готовы к тому, что соседи разбудят вас посреди ночи. Расположение отличное. В целом, можно оценить отель на 4 из 5.

Cozy and convenient.
This is a lovely little hotel, perfectly located in a central location along the river. Walking distance to the Hermitage and other sites. It is a clean, well appointed room. The location is a little hard to get used to as it is inside the courtyard, but once you are used to it that only adds to its charm and quiet. It is not air-conditioned and might be hot in the summer, but I was quite comfortable both times I stayed there with the window cracked open.

Маленькая, уютная гостиница в замечательном месте. Налево пойдешь - Летний сад и Марсово поле, направо - Дворцовая площадь, прямо - Мойка, 3 моста, Спас на Крови, Русский музей, Невский проспект. Окна во двор, так что тихо. Приветливый персонал. Маленький, но удобный номер, но в нем все необходимое есть. Кроме кондиционера.При заказе я не обратил внимания, что в стандартном номере его нет (в улучшенном есть), нам дали вентилятор. Заезжали поздно, в 11 вечера, было приятно обнаружить в номере пару бутылок воды, чайник и пакетики чая. Хороший душ. Хороший завтрак.На этаже есть кулер с минеральной водой.

位置佳，近冬宮，酒店職員也很好，特別是Ksenia很幫忙。早餐選擇不少。 雖然說有電梯，但地面要行半層，出電梯也要行半層。不過酒店比較舊，房間細，沒有冷氣，而夏天只能用風扇仔。 視乎你的預算，和是否想靠近景點，性價比還可以。

Service at this hotel is outstanding. We had a medical emergency and Julia went out of her way to assist. The hotel is very well located. Definitely worth staying here.

Greatl location
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Moyka while we were on the 72 hour Visa Free program through the St Petersburg Ferry Line. We also hired our own private guide for the whole time we were in St Petersburg. This hotel was perfect for us because of it’s central location to all the main important sights. Unfortunately, we were also in St Petersburg during the World Cup and the main Fan events took place within 2-3 blocks of our hotel. This made it extremely difficult at times to get in and out of the area around the Hotel and the crowd noise and music from the entertainment venue was sometimes loud enough to rattle our windows and literally shake the building walls. Additionally, our room had no AC and the weather was very hot. The Hotel could do nothing except provide a fan. We were physically miserable and the Hotel was way overpriced for the location and proximity to the World Cup events.

As for AC - it is mentioned in description of the room that we have them only in Deluxe and Luxe rooms. It is usually not so hot in St.Petersburg and we are a part of historical building what makes setiing of AC quite difficult. Hope your stay was anyway enjoyable and you liked our wonderful city!

We were charged an extra fee of 400 rubles when we showed up. The view from the room was not inspiring. Those two facts aside, we had a very nice stay. The service, the breakfast and the location was good.

O hotel é bem localizado, o que é sua única vantagem, pois o quarto é muito pequeno, sem ar condicionado, mesmo com muito calor em São Petersburgo; não há blackout na cortina e na primavera/ verão fica complicado dormir, já que o sol se põe depois das 23 horas. Hotel muito barulhento e dependendo do andar do quarto é preciso subir alguns lances de escada, pois o elevador não chega diretamente. O café da manhã é simplesmente intragável. Precisamos pagar extra para tomar café em outro lugar. Parece que oferecem só para constar. Não recomendo.

Dear guest, Let us thank you for your review and choosing our hotel. We are a small hotel in 5 minutes walk from the Hermitage and the fact that elevator do not go directly to some rooms is related to old building features (it was biult in 1863:)). We do have breakfast included in the rate and it is rather various for Continental one: porridge. cornflakes, garnish, bakery products, 2 types of salads, youghurt, eggs, cheese and sausages, toasts, fruit and vegetables - we do believe that's rather enoght to start a day and to go for discovering our wonderful city!

Gostei muito da estadia no Moika 5. Muito bem localizado (a cinco minutos a pé da Catedral do Sangue Derramado, 10 do Hermitage), equipe muito bem treinada e todos fluentes em inglês, café da manhã incluído e saboroso, café cortesia a qualquer horário do dia, o que é ótimo depois de um passeio nos dias frios. Água potável oferecida à vontade. Pessoal simpático e tudo muito bem mantido e impecavelmente limpo. Hotel silencioso. O quarto é pequeno, mas não chega a incomodar. A internet (gratuita) poderia ser melhorada, pois é um pouco instável, e a TV tem apenas canais em russo, o que não me incomoda pessoalmente.

The location is everything to this hotel. Walking distance to Hermitage, the Church of Spilled Blood, etc. The hotel staff are very friendly. They got me a taxi to Mariinsky Theater and the airport. The room is clean. The breakfast is the same everyday but suitable. I just want my coffee in the morning.

Nice place, wonderfull room. The woman received me very well and helped with my luggage cause i did a surgery in my stomach. Really loved at all!

5 night stay at Moyka 5
Decent 5 night stay at Moyka 5 hotel. I think your overall experience will rely on the specific room you stay at. I got a mansarda room, basically a rebuilt attick. Was OK for just me and in September, but I can see how it could feel cramped for 2 and hot in summer month - no AC, just a portable stand-up fan and lots of windows on the ceiling. Location is superb, couldn't ask for better. Nearest subway station is a 10 minutes walk, but what a walk! Breakfast is good, traditional Russian basics: salad, buckwheat, sausage, boiled eggs and more. Price for room was right, so it was a no brainer, plus location was arguably the best a ever stayed at in SPB, and I stayed at Corinthia and Domina Prestige before, 5 star SPB hotels.

O que o hotel mostra no site é simplesmente mentira. O preço é desproporcional, o café da manhã é ruim, não existe elevador para todos os andares e a entrada é horrível.

Vietimme neljä yötä Mojka- hotellissa elokuun alussa. Olimme käyneet Pietarissa(Leningradissa) viimeksi v. 1983. Oli hienoa huomata miten palveluasenne on muuttunut ja erityisesti hotellissamme saimme ystävällisen vastaanoton. Aamupala oli loistava ja oli kiva kerrankin saada syödä vielä klo 11 asti ihan rauhassa, varsinkin, jos oli sadeaamu. Yhtenä päivänä oli yllätys, kun tulimme iltapäivällä viiden aikaan hotellille. Huoneemme oli siivoamatta ja vuoteet tietysti sijaamatta, likapyyhkeet lattialla. Tunnin päästä soitettiin haluammeko vielä tänään siivousta. Olimme jo itse tehneet sen päällisin puolin. Mihin olisimme siinä vaiheessa menneet odottelemaan. Piti päästä suihkuun ja vähän levätä. Olimme olleet poissa viisi- kuusi tuntia. Siivouksen taso oli kuitenkin aina moitteeton. Hotellin sijainti upea, rauhallinen ja silti paljon nähtävää ja kivoja ravintoloita lähellä.
