Lo que me gusto que estaba muy bonita y cómoda la habitación, lo que no me gusto que no estaba lista a la hora que debería estar para entrar y tuvimos que esperar y al final me dieron otra habitación pero aún así llegué tarde a un compromiso por ese motivo, y el ventilador del baño no funcionaba☹️

Just a less than ideal neighbourhood. Lots of trash on the streets, suggestions of drug trade taking place. No pet area within the fence around the property, had to go outside into the neighbourhood which was not ideal. Need at least a little grassy spot??

Excellent value. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was nice to have the breakfast included.

This place is clean and easy to check in and out of. No issues to note other than the breakfast was basically the same both mornings. It would be nice for change

After booking the room I was told by a friend that lives in Tacoma that the Hampton Inn I had reserved a room at was in the worst part of town where the highest crime level was. Contacted and told the manager that I needed to cancel my reservation do to the fact that I didn’t feel comfortable staying there do to the high crime rate in the area of the hotel. I was told that the facility was fenced and had 24 hour security within the Probertys boundary’s but they could not be responsible for me and my family safety outside there property. So for that reason I chose not to stay at there hotels. I always stayed at a Hampton facility when there was one in the area where I needed to stay but from this time forward I will never again book a stay at a Hamton Inn. I feel that they don’t care about there customers feeling safe when staying at ther facility.

it was very nice that breakfast was offered for an extended period of time unlike other places. it was really convenient for early morning games.

For us, it was a mediocre experience. The TV went out of service, and, instead of replacing it, they tried to relocate us to a different room. Also, effectively, there was no WIFI in that room because we could not connect to it. Finally, the pool and hot tub were ok but the whirlpool did not produce much bubbles.

The hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods. But I felt safe. Security measures they have in place are above and beyond. I was having surgery the next day and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Thank you so much!
