No me gustó el lugar, el looby no se ve bien. Esta bien ubicado pero no es agradable. La habitación limpia pero el looby y el corredor de acceso no es agradable

The property staff consisted of one person who was very friendly and helpful. For safety and accessibility they should have at least 2 staff there. The room did not have a closet but staff gave us hangers to hang on the shower bar and she said they were in thecprocess of renovating. The room basic but clean and comfortable and a good value for our one night purposes.

Dirty. Room smelled like mold. No space for hanging clothes. Rust came out of pipes every time to turn shower on. No light at desk. Never came in to clean room or exchange towels. Worst place I’ve stayed in 10 years of traveling. Don’t know how it’s partnered with Wyndham????

Everytime I used the tub and shower the water started by coming out brown. My 2 night stay was just for basics..wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

The room was very clean, the furniture was very very worn, and dated, the bed was the best, looking out the window was not so good, the hot water took over 5 minutes to turn hot. Staff was kind of friendly, for what l spent, the breakfast was good.

Front desk help very helpful and nice, but room very disappointing. Hardly any lighting, furniture very haphazardly placed, under remodel and that wasn’t mentioned when booking. Not pleased at all.

This is a ghetto motel in a ghetto area. Homeless, hookers, and drug addicts letting in parking lot. Upon checking in, found lights all unplugged. When i plugged floor lamp into (non-covered, wires exposed) outlet, it tripped breaker and killed all power. Moved to another room which had no chairs. I took chairs from the 1st (pitch black dark) room only to find the upholstery badly stained and torn. Bathroom light bar only had 1 working bulb so very dim room. Toilet bolts were so loose that toilet spun and tipped. Tv Cable box was dead. Front desk wouldn't answer "0" dialed calls from room phone so I called from cell phone and she immediately answered. She promised to send maintenance tech - he came hours later at 12:30am -we were in bed so didn't let him in! Next morning we went to office and asked that it be fixed while we were out....8 hours later we returned and still not fixed. Had to call front desk from cell phone again in order to get an answer. An hour later the tech came and swapped cable box. Front desk staff could care less. Acted like we should just be happy to have a room. The motel was basically empty ... I understand why.

There were roaches in my room, the whole place stinks, there was mold on the mattress pads and the owners are very rude and unprofessional. I stayed for almost two weeks and asked for a better rate and they said “nope, I can rent your room for double that with the ballgame this weekend.” Short and to the point and no consideration for my situation.

Poor quality
We stayed here for FSU parents weekend. It is about a mile walk from the stadium, so that was perfect! The hotel itself is in very poor condition the rooms smell and are damp. The hotel is in very poor condition. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to try to help us because the television did not work.

Hôtel bien situé, proche de l'université, avec des options de shopping et de restauration. Accueil rapide, professionnel, réceptionniste sympathique et agréable. Hôtel un peu vieillot, équipements basiques. Parking gratuit. Chambre spacieuse, propre, peu d'équipements, mais literie confortable et wifi fonctionnel. Seul bémol au matin, la femme de chambre est passée 3 fois pour probablement me demander si j'étais parti... Une fois je veux bien, mais après, elle peut tout simplement patienter ou bien demander à la réception si je suis parti ou non...

The only reason we chose it because of the pool. Pool was closed all the time. Hotel is in the middle of renovation of breakfast area, noisy and dusty

Ehh we survived it.
It’s definitely not ritzy. At all. But it was mildly clean and the beds were fine. If you’re not spending anytime in your room, it’s a place to sleep. I was doing college drop off and there were no other rooms available. It was fine for just sleeping.

The new owners are doing the best they can to refurbish this place. The rooms are very spacious but lack certain amenities. No shelving in the bathroom Very flimsy plumbing fixtures. Nowhere to hang clothes. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel feels safe also.

Not what i expected.
This was a business trip, just 2 nights. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Now for some truths, the picture is NOT the real hotel don't be fooled, the lobby is a construction zone literally and there is no closet to hang or store your belongings, other than that i slept the 2 nights on a clean bed and was able to watch something interesting on tv.

Under Construction
While checking in the doors were locked and had to check in thru the window. There was construction going on at the hotel which should have been stated on the website. The area was not very favorable.

The rooms felt like a DIY messy remodel. Raw ends of cut sheetrock, had to swipe the card a minimum of 5 times to get the lights to even come on the door lock then several more times to get it to unlock. Doors and shades don’t close properly. Pool was solid green. Reception area is in shambles and that is where breakfast is. Staff was very friendly though.

Lobby under complete construction and dusty where breakfast was to be served. Windows in room taped together room stunk and roach awaiting my arrival on my pillow. Had to leave so grossed out.

The property is in the process of being renovated, so room was limited on furniture and features. There was no closet to hang out clothes, no full length mirror, no jacks for charging phones. Security lock at the top of the door was broken. However, the room was clean, the mattresses were new and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

They were in the middle of renovations, and even though our room was neat and clean, there were several things left to be finished: wiring, caulking, painting. The breakfast was good in spite of no lobby.
