Horrible , !!please be aware it was like a getto , people living there , the only nice eas the kindness of the manager. Besides that VERY BAD, BEDS BROKEN, KIDS PLAYING OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM, WORKERS OUTISDE OF YOUR DOOR, AND VERY SUSPICIOUS GUYS TREADING STUFF.

Apestaba a cigarrillo, las sábanas quemadas y rotas, el baño de película de terror, la TV no funcionaba. De lejos pasé la peor noche de mi vida, una estrella es un premio para este pésimo lugar.

Muy sucio para ustedes tenerlos en su pági de hote
Para estar en la calle de Busch gardens en Tampa es muy pésimo y muy sucio y muy viejo y mal olor y las toallas sucias con pelos de otras personas no sirve ni mara pasar la noche y seguir el camino

Este hotel hay que cerrarlo.
Hotel.com deberia de dejar de promocionar este lugar, es completamente diferente a como lo muestran en las fotos. Mucha suciedad, este hotel deberia estar cerrado. No cumple con las minimas condiciones para operar. Escalera sucia, los pasillos llenos de orina, sabanas sucias y viejas, el piso nunca lo limpian lleno de polvo, paredes rotas, mala atencion. Los trabajadores juntos con el dueño deberian estar presos por estafadores.

Pesimo hotel
Habiamos solicitado habitacion de no fumadores, resulta que no existen las habitaciones de no fumadores en el hotel y no habia devolucion de dinero. La alfombra desgastada, el baño sucio, todos los rincones de la habitacion con cabellos y tierra. Baño: El retrete no funcionaba, la regadera sucia y no habia jabon. Las toallas relativamente bien, pero las 2 toallas que dejaron eran diferentes. Cama: Cubrecama manchada y vieja, almohadas, cama, alfombra y en general el cuarto sucio. TODO TODO con un olor super penetrado a cigarro. Recepcion: Demasiado sucia, vieja, sin mantenimiento, cables colgados, etc. En general el hotel pesimo, deberian de arreglarlo o cerrarlo.

Hotel viejo muy descuidado es barato pero no lo recomiendo para largas estadías da miedo el lugar no renuevan nada camas sabanas toallas se necesita cambiar los encargados y renovar el hotel para ofrecer un mejor servicio

When I made the reservation I asked for a non-smoking room and upon entering a horrible smell of disgusting, dirty bathroom and after all the toilet did not work I go to the counter to ask to change my room and they tell me that they can not I prefer to ask for my money back it is a horrible place and bad service I do not recommend it to anyone.

NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA VACACIONAR
Llegamos de noche había algunas discusiones entre huéspedes y otros haciendo ruidos. El lobbi se encontraba cerrado por seguridad y te atendían por una ventanilla lateral. La habitación tenía olor a humedad. Las toallas eran viejas . El baño tenía óxido en la bañera. La verdad nos quedamos por que era tarde sino de otra manera nos íbamos, de todas maneras era sólo una noche. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA VACACIONAR. Las fotos muestran una cosa pero cuando estas ahí es otra.

Habitación sucia, la mesa al lado de la cama con quemaduras de cigarrillo en un hotel donde se prohibe fumar. MUCHISIMO OLOR A CIGARRILLO MUY DESAGRADABLE Alfombras viejas y sucias. Baño muy chico Aire acondicionado ruidoso. No lo recomiendo.

My flight arrived late, it was approximately 2:30am when I attempted to check in. There was no one answer the door, it was dark and in a very bad part of town. I want able to stay there because no one came to check me in. I deserve a refund

This was quite possibly the worst “hotel” I’ve ever seen. The first impression of it was horrible. Congregations of people just hanging around outside being noisy at midnight and screaming about someone overdosing as we’re trying to find the office to check in. The office was literally one of the hotel rooms with a desk & computer in it. Once we got into our room, it was the most disgusting unclean room I’ve seen. Rips and tears in the pillows and blankets and stains everywhere and bugs and the smell of mildew. I didn’t want to touch anything. We immediately asked for a refund as we felt very unsafe as well. Just sitting in our room we heard someone else outside our room screaming on the phone about something. This was at 1am and no way we would have had a good nights sleep here. Extremely unsafe and unclean. Only good part was the staff was nice.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. All the rooms where is nasty as could be. People hanging all around Drinking and just hanging out room was a complete utter mess . patches on the wall. My wife and I walked into the room and walked right back out got in our car and left was afraid the people hanging out all over the place might start to bother us because we were of a different ethnic background. As far as for Expedia I would not have that on my website. By that i mean it down right dangerous. I believe that we are owed a refund of the money spent since we never stayed there because property Should not be on your website!

Worst motel ever, be honest, one star is more than generous. Cockroaches everywhere, we saw hundreds. We booked a non smoking room, but the rooms have very strong cheap cigarettes smell mixed with musty. The door lock is broken, can not lock from inside. Some Africa American ladies wondering around. The room is very very dirty, I step on the floor with my barefoot for five seconds, my feet are as black as coal. This place should shut down.

This was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were cockroaches, destroyed furniture, the room in general was filthy, the smoke detector was disconnected… we ended up leaving and not staying the night.

The worker was very nice, and so was the security guard. I liked the people a lot. But the property is dilapidated, the bed sheets had cigarette holes in them, the sink was messed up, and the mattress needed to be replaced. It was worse than Motel 6.

People hanging out everywhere and the room was super nasty and I refused to stay so the lady became very ignorant being the front desk clerk. Definitely trying to get my money refunded from this mad place. Don't ever go here.
